We were very pleased with the services provided by the Tucker Gardner Estate Agent Team. The first house we made an offer on was not successful, but Paul reassured us that they would have something else for us, and he meant it. Less than a month later, we had an offer accepted on another property, without any compromise.

Recently sold our place with Tikal from Tucker Gardner and we are so pleased with the excellent service we have received. Tikal was so organised and professional! She has a great eye for detail and was impressively good at highlighting the strengths of the property we were selling. She was also excellent at finding prospective buyers for whom our property was the right fit, so there was no time wasted with viewings that were going nowhere. Tikal helped us stay on top of all communication from the initial sale price negotiations through the back and forth between solicitors on a complex chain sale and she even helped us redirect our mail after the sale had been completed. All in all, a true professional and a very kind and positive person!

We have been working with Tikal Betz as she makes the move from the Ely office to Histon and have been so impressed with her professionalism, local knowledge and generally delightful demeanour. She knew the house we were viewing inside out and showed it to great advantage, while also taking the time to get to know us and what we might like in a property. She even took the time to knock on the neighbours' door so that we could meet and talk with them about shared access. She made us feel as though we were the only potential purchasers in the world and that she had plenty of time for us and all our questions. We hope to be able to buy the house she showed us but, if we don't, it will not be because of her!!

The agent Jon has outstanding local knowledge of the area. Out of 4 tendering estate agents he was the most certain about the market. As it turned out he was absolutely correct about what the market could bear. When the various offers came in he gave sound advice and we got full asking price. He saved us up to £150,000. Outstanding!
The icing on the cake is that the Histon team of Tucker Gardner really are a team. They work as one and are ultra efficient. If they say it will get done you can rely on them. Tucker Gardner are a first rate Estate Agency. Thank you.

Very disappointed, renting large family home close to Cambridge.
Gas fire control knob broke on Wednesday (today is Friday) leaving it on full fire. I reported it online ( as they request) on the phone and in person (I was getting desperate) and still not heard back from them.
