Such an amazing agency! We lived in our rental flat for 6 years and it has been the best experience working with Bramtons. Everything has felt seamless - they have been so quick to respond to any enquiries or calls, the landlord has been incredible and they never increased our rent especially during COVID-19 which we are forever grateful. We have wonderful memories from our first home in London - I would highly recommend finding a property through them for ease and a positive experience.... Read more

Really impressed with the quality of customer service from Bramtons. They reply quickly to emails and phone calls and are always helpful.
Special thanks is due as they delivered my house key to me when I was locked out, which saved me a lot of money on a locksmith and helped enormously at a stressful time.... Read more

Great agents from the tenant’s perspective. Always fast to answer my enquiries and I’ve never felt I was ignored every time I had any problem/question. Communication was always professional and clear.... Read more

Wildly incompetent. I only wish I could leave more reviews. I moved into a room with a window that doesn’t close and a crack going through it; it took a month to get someone to fix it not closing, the crack was never repaired, during my two year tenancy.
Mould problems persisted during our time at the property, despite Bramtons repeated advice to ‘ventilate the property’ which of course we did, this was never resolved. Personal items were ruined by virtue of being in a mould infested property - no compensation was ever offered.
Overall communication was woeful, we had to chase our deposit return for over a week because an agent ‘forgot to press send’ in an email detailing our return. I think this is indicative of the organisation as a whole.
Despite constant issues that were never resolved, Bramtons were happy to take £170 from our deposit to facilitate left over rubbish - perhaps a fair charge for a competent estate agent, but after two years of spending an inordinate amount of time chasing up issues that required a simple fix you’d think a waiving of the fee as a gesture of good will would make sense.
At best they are moronic, at worst they are malicious and criminal. Avoid at all costs.... Read more

Great agents to deal with when I rented out a flat in Fulham from them. Always approachable and quick to deal with any issues from the beginning to the end of my tenancy Unlike many of the other High Street agents, Bramtons were a breath of fresh air.... Read more

This is for Sam. Honestly the worst experience I have had with Estate Agents. Super nice until you've signed up with them then you're left on your own completely with all the problems they know about before you moved in. If you ever have to deal with someone called Sam, run! Charged us a fortune when we left for a professional cleaner (which obviously they never used as the flat was a tip when we first moved in) and his reasoning was because of a plug with limescale on it. Yep sure that costs £150 Sam, good on you.... Read more
