We really have to thank RWinvest for their services. Peter Sinclair in particular, has been exceptionally helpful to us. Last week, we finally visited the properties we had invested in - it was so very exciting! Peter was there in Liverpool city to meet and greet us. He showed great patience when driving us around the city to view both of our completed or near completed properties. He provided genuine advice and feedback and really made us feel at home (either that or we were experiencing scouse hospitality at its best!). As the purchase progressed, I was very impressed with the professional and friendly advice received from Rachael Barkley (client care executive). She kept me updated and was always quick to respond to any queries I might have and kept the whole process as stress free as possible as I had not invested before. Absolutely wonderful service by Daniel and Tayla. They made my move so seamless and were so flexible with working with me to handle my move in even from a distance away. Both are Polite and friendly and explained all aspects applicable to me in a clear and "non-pushy" way. OUTSTANDING SERVICE I cannot say enough good things about the team which handled my property purchase at The Element in Liverpool. As a non-UK resident and first time buyer of an off-plan property I was a bit apprehensive. Ron Lloyd has not spared any effort to assist me making the right choice.
