Amazingly bad service We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years. In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before. Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told). Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you. After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote. Try and avoid complete properties when possible!!... Read more

They don't handle tenants complaints. They will disregard your concerns and try to make it your fault. If you have any issues with your co-tenants offending the tenancy agreement, don't bother telling the Agency. They don't care. Absolutely regret becoming a tenant on the property. Terrible customer service. But they're quick to contact you for rent that you missed once for a few days. Landlords beware - they will upset your tenants and risk damage to your property.... I must say I was quite disappointed with a few situations that should not have happened. We met a woman to give us the keys to enter the apt but when I asked her to show me around she said she can’t because she’s not working there just helping the agent( we started renting during pandemic so we didn’t see the flat). My bike was stolen from a room that was supposed to be secured. You need two codes: to get to the building and to the seperate room. The property manager said they will check on the camera and someone will contact us. Since then no one contacted us.not even to say they didn’t find anything. it’s been 4 months already. ridiculous We had a leak in an apt and problem with a boiler and they responded quite quickly tho. I’m still quite angry about my bday bike and not even trying to help. Personally I wouldn’t rent from them again as in my opinion they should have communicated better but you might find it different... Read more

Disgusting customer service. I have just tried to book a viewing with a lady and she was obnoxious, unhelpful and very rude. I was explaining that we were unable to travel down at the time she wanted because we live over 3 hours away and we have to arrange with work. I asked if we could view in the next couple of days or a virtual viewing. Her response was arrogant and rude and she basically said no because we couldn't make her timings. She hung up. You happily taking a “ new property “ then you find out it’s fully packed with the worst quality appliances and bad quality furniture. Than when you make some small damages and you leave the property they will deduct all your deposit with unreasonable costs even that you have to pay over your deposit... when your washing machine breaks down did not get a new one for more than 6 weeks. When they needing to pay your dry cleaning bill, of course the payment never happened. Never choose this agency, they don’t care about your tenancy or tenants at all.. typical ripping off agency.... As other individuals have said, I would give 0 stars if possible. Complete is an incredibly unprofessional agency. Their response time is unacceptably long, you have to chase them numerous times to get a response, they are uncooperative, unwilling to help, and make promises they do not deliver against (e.g. one year down the line they have still not repaired things in the property that were broken when moving in). As we are now moving out, they have to no surprise detracted a significant amount from our deposit without responding with an outline as to why. I cannot encourage you enough to choose another agency to work with and rent through. It's been an incredibly disappointing experience and has made our stay all but pleasant and smooth.... Read more

I would give zero stars if I could. It’s a joke of an agency. I rented my previous flat through Complete Residential and was truly appalled by the lack of professionalism and their attitude not just to tenants, but to landlords too. I’ve rented with a wide range of high and low end agencies across London and never have I ever come across anything like this. They don’t deal with any issues they should be dealing with and are absolutely inconsiderate to their tenants’ and landlords’ problems. Takes forever to get trough to them by phone or email, and when you do, you regret you ever tried. Run to the opposite direction when you see this company. Jessica needs training on how to deal with people over the phone. she didn't bother to qualify me and her lack on interest put me of using this company and I would avoid them at all cost. if my conversation with Jessica went differently I would of reconsidered my budget. Absolutely Appalling. No one was there to let me in on the very first day. The lady said she had other business to attend so I had to collect a key from someone else. Later on I discover that she hasnt even left me the full key set and had to buy my another fob card independently from the concierge of the building. Moreover, the flat I moved in is full of faults from AC, Oven, heater, cooler, electricity.. everything is more less in a fault condition and have been following up with my point of contact at the agency for 1 month!!!! And STILL haven't been bestowed with a proper reply. Shameless, and completely disgusting support. Complete have been great to work with - they've made the whole process of renting a flat very easy compared with other agents I've had in the past. Reni was a great help when sorting the contracts etc and managed everything very efficiently and was lovely to work with! George was my property manager for a flat I rented in Greenwich, he took over from Lianne who was not very helpful . George is very polite, considerate and above all worked hard to resolve issues quickly and with minimal disruption and stress. At my property I needed a new vacuum cleaner, within 24 hours George had obtained approval from the Landlord for me to buy a replacement, the cost of which I could deduct from the rent. I forgot to deduct the vacuum cost from the rent as I pay by direct debit every month and George without reminder refunded to me the amount I had paid for the vacuum. The plug in my sink also needing replacing the week I was getting married and George ensured this was completed very swiftly. Excellent service all round.... Read more

Complete is very focused on it’s target (making money). The process of viewing, negotiation and signing is very efficient but after that they don’t care. The don’t seem to know the word maintainable and the poor Chinese owners who probably don’t even realise their property is rapidly devaluating as small repairs don’t get fixed and turn into big repairs. After 6 months the key maintainance they found during their own inspection has not even been fixed. Don’t rent from them and certainly don’t let them let your property!!... Read more

Throughout the tenancy, Complete were very hands off but fine. Within the first year, our locks were changed without our knowledge and permission and I only found out as I came home from work to see that my key did not work, I wasn't informed by them. This lack of communication from their side seems to be common. Having reported a number of issues to them, they've never sent anyone to have a look or repair the issues and I am concerned that I will be charged for these upon leaving. We are due to leave our property managed by them and have been made to pay a referencing fee which is not mentioned anywhere in our contract and they do not have the right to charge. As they were refusing to release our references to our new property, we've had to pay this fee. The first I heard about payment being needed for this fee was from our referencing company NOT from Complete. They have also lied to the referencing agency about our rent being consistently 1-2 days late for 2 years. If this was the case, which is not, why has this not been raised with us for the 2 years we have lived in their property? I've had numerous property managers, all of which seem as incompetent as the last. The only positive in this review is that I will not have to deal with them any long. It has been T H R E E MONTHS since I’ve moved out of the apartment they manage and I have not received my deposit back. Furthermore they tried to charge me for inventory that I did NOT take. I have sent COUNTLESS emails chasing them for MY MONEY. Their unprofessionalism is so bloody astounding that they did not even perform an inventory check at the beginning of the tenancy or at any point of time during the 9 months I lived in their godforsaken property. UNPROFESSIONAL AND VERY POOR SERVICE Extremely poor service from Complete Ltd: I paid during one year long the full rent of a flat which had a broken window which couldn’t be opened at all, preventing the access to our terrace! While I was promised at the beginning that it would be repaired before I moved in. I had a dozens of exchanges with them, barely any response from them and was finally told that it would be impossible to repair it! Additionally to that, one of their agents came to introduce the flat to potential new tenants and thought it would be a good idea to open the faulty window! Of course, he couldn’t close it anymore and decided to leave the flat unattended with an opened window: first, anyone could have come in the flat and it was very dangerous; second, they couldn’t sort the situation quickly and I had to endure the cold and wind for two days in the middle of January. No need to say I never had compensation for that. On top of that, when I exit the flat, I had a professional cleaning service, which I proved and they decided to charge me £60 without any good reasons … I contested it, notable mentioning that I have paid the full price of a flat that was not fully functional but they did not do any gesture. I will never use Complete Ltd again, would strongly recommend anyone to NOT use them and will make sure to be very vocal about how poorly they manage the service for the flat.... Read more

Our experience with Complete Prime Residential Limited has been a bit of a mixed bag. Our first handful of agents assigned to our building were inadequate due to their response time, issue resolution and providing us the contact details of the property management company. The building property was handed off from one agent to the next quite frequently and with little prior notice being given to residents. There was a period where we went through three agents in a short period of time. It was frustrating because we felt we didn’t even know the name of who our current point of contact at Complete was. From these experiences, we would rate our Complete with 1 star at best. However, our current agent that is responsible for our property is Monique Smythers and she has been the best agent that we have had with Complete. The reasons are pretty straightforward - she has been quick to respond to our emails, works with the residents of the building to address issues as they arise, and gets the job done. We hope that she remains our agent for a long time. She alone deserves 5 stars and is the only reason that Complete is even getting 4 stars in this rating.... Read more

Worst kind of letting agents we've dealt with. So incompetent and irresponsible. We've been living in a cold flat from past 3 months and the agency is just sitting on this issue. Instead of getting it resolved they told us there are no issues with the heating. We were informed of the wrong council tax band at the time of signing the contract. The property manager is unapproachable that every time we send her an email, we have to give a call to her to let her know that there is an email from us, sitting in her inbox waiting for her response. She never has any concrete reply for any of the issues that have been reported so far. Do look for a different letting agent for a similar type of property as Complete Prime Residential has the worst customer service we ever had to deal with. They care about you until you sign the agreement and pay the money and that's it, you get to chase them after when you need anything. Failings start from inability to spell names etc on the tenancy agreements several times in a row and ends of you having to do their job of getting an extra key/fob when they ignore the number of tenants on agreement, chasing after inventory reports and your own deposit. Oh, and also correcting their mistakes where they forget the fees you already paid and try to charge you again. Good luck in getting anything fixed at the apartment when needed. So my advice is to stay away from them and find another letting agent.... Read more

Renters look elsewhere! Complete seem to operate an anti customer service policy for anyone renting property through them. Don't be fooled by the glossy interior designed to get you to sign the tenancy agreement. When you move in you'll realise the build quality will be sub standard and Complete will not actively help you when things inevitably break or stop working. Their policy seeks to benefit only the developers and their landlords whom they have sold the property to and guaranteed high yields their investments. If you're a landlord these guys are no doubt a great option because they will never contact you or hold you accountable for any work or issue with the property. If you are thinking of renting a property with Complete I cannot stress how important it is that you look elsewhere. Unless you enjoy being treated like scum that is. The worst experience in my life with any agency or any institution. Many problems before I moved in. Problem from my side always was the most important and one thing which they repeated was that I will loose flat if i do not something...When I was needed them to do something quickly... no, never. However we finally moved in. Thank for that. But it's almost two weeks after and none of any issued was fixed this time. Main door are opened by fob key. It's HORRIBLE for two people to live with one key!!! still nothing. I have to deal with this alone. There is main procedure for fob for this building which they dont know... WORST AGENCY TO DEAL WITH I have rented for a couple of years now and it has all been with private landlords up until I rented with this company. I wish I didn't move in and stuck to a private landlord. I am writing this review to warn you all not to trust agencies like this. They aren't organised. They could not care less about individuals and complaining has literally got me no where. I'm saddened to think companies can treat you like this. The day we checked in the flat wasn't professionally cleaned. That had to be done whilst we were moving in after I complained. 2 weeks later I had to phone the police and complain to the agency as a large piece of furniture had been moved whilst me and my partner were out work - a break in. Nothing was done and I had to pay to get the locks changed as they weren't changed prior to us moving in! I had to incur the cost !! Like I said I complained and nothing was done. The agency even admitted the locks were changed before that last tenants. We had no access to the underground car park for over a month. As the agency forgot to provide us the key !!! This took so long after constant emails to the agency and broken promises. We finally got the key !! But tonight is the icing on the cake. I am 8 month pregnant and we have had no water to the apartment for 6 hours. I called complete and they said they will send someone which they did this person told me to ring Thames water. Which I did. After waiting for 4 hours the leak is in the building so I will need to ring complete again which I did. I have just got off the phone to the out of hours department and spoke to someone who only help was that he will log the call and pass on to the office in the morning !!!! I explained I am 8 months pregnant and I have no use of water or the bathroom for 6 hours and he classes this as non urgent. I explained to him there is a major leak in the building which he then gave me a phone number of someone who he couldn't even give me a name of the person who I will be calling ! I rang this person and they had no idea why I was calling. I rang complete again and explained and all he could offer was to log for the tomorrow. Prior to moving in I was promised there is an emergency out of hours service who will help. FALSE. !!!! Tonight proved it. When renting with a private landlord I have had an identical situation happen to me. Out of hours someone came and fixed it. Renting is expensive as it is all you expect back apart from a roof over your head is someone to be there to help with an emergency at any time. Complete can not. And do not do that. It is now almost midnight and I am looking to book a hotel. The worst part is that I can't talk to anyone in the company as no one seems to care. I have spoken to a manager about the break in incident and nothing came of it. I asked for directors names and they were never given. With everything it's time to take legal advice. Stick to private landlords. Think about the service you will get after you have checked in. I have never had an issue with a private landlord. I will never chose and agency again.... Read more

Complete is not the bully, stressful kind of agency. They operate at a more personal level. We went to see our new place on suggestion of Hisham and we loved it. It helped that we were not rushed and stayed at the place for over 1 hour in our first visit, and Hisham was very receptive to our questions. Then, after putting the offer in Hisham always kept us up to date with questions related to our house and met us there so that we could take measures and ideas for furniture. A note also for Nahida who was quick and efficient with the bureaucracy and ready to explain any doubts we had. There was just one minor issue which is being taken care of. Very professional until the day we moved in! Our move went very smooth and they assured us in moving in as quickly as possible which was important for us They have arranged for our entry on a Sunday! However after that we discovered that all the tenants in the building had some issues with their flats (normal in a new build) and Complete were not helpful at all. We are now in our flat since 2 months and they have been responding to our emails just keep saying that they are on the case, and keep saying the same thing over and over again. I would not recommend them at all... Read more

I give property manager Adam Carter 5 stars for his outstanding customer service. Our initial experience with complete was off to a rocky start having dealt with the initial agent with not having the property ready however once we were past onto Adam we had a much better experience dealing with complete. Adam is always a pleasure to deal with and no task seems to out of his reach to handle. We are so pleased to have Adam as our property manager and we look forward to building a strong relationship with him.... Read more
