Amazingly bad service
We rented a complete owned property for just over 2 years.
In that time we had about 5 property managers. This should say all you need to know. Each one not knowing what had gone on before.
Given the fact a week before we thought we were moving in we had to chase them to find out nothing had moved forward and they were waiting on us to send documentation (we were not told).
Throughout the 2 years they were never really there to help you.
After we have left they have tried to keep around 75% of our deposit which is absolutely insane. Missing furniture that never existed in the first place, the most expensive cleaning quote imaginable and £50 to remove a single chair. These are some of the excuses on the quote.

They don't handle tenants complaints. They will disregard your concerns and try to make it your fault. If you have any issues with your co-tenants offending the tenancy agreement, don't bother telling the Agency. They don't care. Absolutely regret becoming a tenant on the property. Terrible customer service. But they're quick to contact you for rent that you missed once for a few days.

I must say I was quite disappointed with a few situations that should not have happened. We met a woman to give us the keys to enter the apt but when I asked her to show me around she said she can’t because she’s not working there just helping the agent( we started renting during pandemic so we didn’t see the flat).
My bike was stolen from a room that was supposed to be secured. You need two codes: to get to the building and to the seperate room. The property manager said they will check on the camera and someone will contact us. Since then no one contacted us.not even to say they didn’t find anything. it’s been 4 months already. ridiculous
We had a leak in an apt and problem with a boiler and they responded quite quickly tho.
I’m still quite angry about my bday bike and not even trying to help. Personally I wouldn’t rent from them again as in my opinion they should have communicated better but you might find it different... Read more

Disgusting customer service. I have just tried to book a viewing with a lady and she was obnoxious, unhelpful and very rude. I was explaining that we were unable to travel down at the time she wanted because we live over 3 hours away and we have to arrange with work. I asked if we could view in the next couple of days or a virtual viewing. Her response was arrogant and rude and she basically said no because we couldn't make her timings. She hung up. You happily taking a “ new property “ then you find out it’s fully packed with the worst quality appliances and bad quality furniture. Than when you make some small damages and you leave the property they will deduct all your deposit with unreasonable costs even that you have to pay over your deposit... when your washing machine breaks down did not get a new one for more than 6 weeks. When they needing to pay your dry cleaning bill, of course the payment never happened. Never choose this agency, they don’t care about your tenancy or tenants at all.. typical ripping off agency.... As other individuals have said, I would give 0 stars if possible. Complete is an incredibly unprofessional agency. Their response time is unacceptably long, you have to chase them numerous times to get a response, they are uncooperative, unwilling to help, and make promises they do not deliver against (e.g. one year down the line they have still not repaired things in the property that were broken when moving in). As we are now moving out, they have to no surprise detracted a significant amount from our deposit without responding with an outline as to why. I cannot encourage you enough to choose another agency to work with and rent through. It's been an incredibly disappointing experience and has made our stay all but pleasant and smooth.... Read more

I would give zero stars if I could. It’s a joke of an agency. I rented my previous flat through Complete Residential and was truly appalled by the lack of professionalism and their attitude not just to tenants, but to landlords too. I’ve rented with a wide range of high and low end agencies across London and never have I ever come across anything like this. They don’t deal with any issues they should be dealing with and are absolutely inconsiderate to their tenants’ and landlords’ problems. Takes forever to get trough to them by phone or email, and when you do, you regret you ever tried. Run to the opposite direction when you see this company.
