My housemate and I paid over £6000 for 6 months rent + deposit to Darcey & Grace lettings in August but they did not pay the landlords company and have since gone into administration. Even though the money was paid into their client account, they still have not paid the landlord's company. I would recommend that you stay away from them, as they are in administration!!!!!... I listed my property with Darcey and Grace in late November which I though might not be the best time for finding a buyer. However, within a week of receiving my property details and instructions to sell the property was being marketed, and within a week of the start of the marketing I had a number of offers. I think Sandra valued the property very well at a level that I was happy with and one that attracted a good level of interest from buyers, and obviously knows the local market very well.
