Very simple and easy to work with. Always reply quickly and keep you up to date with what’s going on with your letting application. I had the pleasure of dealing with Ella, Caitlin and Wiktoria during my application. Everything went smoothly and I couldn’t be happier with my experience. Definitely recommend.

Wiktoria was excellent as were the other members of team. But particularly Wicktoria. She was so efficient and really helped when turn things around after a sudden emergency delayed things. I would recommend connells to everyone. First time renters or returning renters - by far the BEST letting agent. Fast, polite, efficient and get the job done. Thank you!

I recently had a deeply disappointing experience with Wiktoria at Connells. Despite my excitement about finding a new home, her unprofessionalism and lack of transparency left me feeling frustrated and undervalued as a client.
I emailed Connells last month to request my home let report, which I believe is my right as a tenant. Shockingly, Wiktoria outright refused to provide me with the report, claiming that my referencing did not go through and I have to get in touch with Homelet but Homelet is refusing This was quite surprising, as I had not been informed of any issues during the application process, and I had no reason to believe that my referencing would be unsuccessful.
What bothered me most was the complete lack of communication and transparency throughout this ordeal. As a tenant, I understand the importance of knowing the outcome of my referencing. Denying me access to the report hindered my ability to make informed decisions about my tenancy, and I was left in the dark without a clear explanation for the refusal.
Professionalism and customer service should be paramount in the real estate industry, but Wiktoria's conduct did not reflect this. Instead of addressing my concerns with empathy and providing a clear explanation, she seemed indifferent to my frustration.
I sincerely hope that Connells takes this feedback seriously and uses it as an opportunity to improve their services. As a potential customer, I expect better treatment and respect for my rights.
Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend Wiktoria or Connells to others seeking a reliable and customer-oriented letting agency.
