I was a tenant with Domino Estates and they were absolutely shocking. I had to deal with the landlord / her parents wanting to visit the property on a regular but last minute basis. A tap was faulty when I moved in a it wasnt fixed until after a flood occurred. When I moved out they attempted to lie about the state of the property and claim I was responsible in order to keep most of my deposit. I disputed this through Safe Deposit Scotland who agreed with me and these clowns are still claiming they owed they money, just delaying and stalling. If you're a tenant DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Update: Safe Deposit Scotland have come back and for a second time told this company they were wrong for trying to keep my deposit and I will be receiving MY £130 back. If you're in a similar situation always fight your corner because this lot will try and keep your deposit.... Read more

This company reflect the worst aspects of the property letting market. We received no support or management of issues that arose during our tenancy. They did not address a number of maintenance problems. They outsource all aspects of property management and the costs are passed onto both the tenants and the landlord - beware of your deposit. I would avoid this company as a tenant and a landlord; they will take your money and offer very little in return. They typify the rising costs of property letting with no comparative increase in quality of service.... Read more

Best Letting Agent in Scotland bar none! Within 24 hours of receiving the property keys they had a listing posted on Rightmove, arranged and conducted 5 viewings, and had 4 parties looking to rent the property! Unbelievable service from Martin Callaghan, Rosalind Phillips, Megan and the Domino Team. Incredible service. A +++... Read more

I have used Domino Estates letting management services since 2008 when renting out my Glasgow flat and recently the Team marketed the same flat for sale and went above and beyond what was required to conclude what was a very tricky sale! At what was a rather stressful time Martin was there every step of the way to liaise in the most professional manor between all parties involved. I really cannot thank him enough! Over the years when the flat was rented out under their management, Rosalind found excellent tenants and took care of all minor repairs straight away, while ensuring everything was completed to an exceptionally high standard. The marketing of the property for rental and sale looked fantastic and many tenants came forward within 24 hours looking to take the property on. The new owners of the property have kept the flat under the management of Domino Estates as they too were impressed with the Team and how efficient and professional they were. In my opinion there is no need to shop around, Domino Estates are fantastic and will look after all your requirements to the highest level! I cannot recommend them enough!... Read more

I used Domino to both let and sell my property and can honestly say they were absolutely fantastic to deal with and cannot recommend them enough! In both cases the marketing of my property was dealt with professionally and efficiently with marketing particulars being written and presented within 24hrs of Martin visiting the property and a fantastic tenant found within 24hrs of advertising with absolutely no problems during the tenancy - the flat was handed back in an absolutely immaculate condition - communication with Rosalind was clear with quick responses and minor repairs were dealt with asap which kept my tenant happy and was great for a first time landlord who was living abroad. As a selling agent I again have nothing but praise. They were again completely professional, easy to deal with and offered great advice and clearly understand the Glasgow market as I had a buyer within 24hrs! Domino were recommended to me from a friend who also lets her property. It was my first time becoming a landlord and they made if very easy to get set up by organising all of the necessary safety certificates etc. Their online tool makes it very easy to view rent coming in and costs going out. A mate who’s a tenant recommended Domino Estates to me when I was thinking about buying a place to rent. I wasn’t really sure what I was doing but James, the owner, gave me some fantastically helpful advice on do’s and don’ts. Once I’d bought a place they got me a tenant virtually right away. Since then, 3 years ago, they’ve made the whole business of being a landlord completely painless. Domino Estates were recommended to me by a tenant of theirs when I needed to rent my own property. From a tenants point of view, he thought they were great. From a Landlady's point of view, I am also happy to recommend them. They've made the whole daunting process of letting my property as simple and straight forward as possible. I can not praise the service from Domino highly enough. They took my property on, increased my rental by £200, and had it rented within a fortnight. I used Domino's contractors to carry the work to get my property up to scratch, they managed all the work making the whole process hassle free. Easily one of the best letting agents in Glasgow. Friendly and helpful from the first meeting at the viewing right through to sorting the usual maintenance of a property. Communication has always been brilliant, and any issues with the property have been sorted out quickly and with no nagging or reminders needed (as with some other agents I have rented through).
