These r the worst letting agency ever. They let houses out to ppl without doing the proper checks on the ppl that move onto the house. And when u have a problem with there tenants they tell u a load of lies. When u ring up a number of times to report the tenants they say we will ring them. Nothing ever gets do. And they try and tell u to put the problem to the sunderland city council.... Read more

I live in the Escala building and since Rodis has been hired as concierge it has been amazing. He is professional, courteous and always friendly. prior to him coming on I was not impressed with FCR, but he has literally turned things around.
