Not very helpful for existing tennants who are already locked into LONG 36 month tenancy agreement with NO break clause.
Was waiting months and months for some simple repairs which were reported well before covid-19.
Unwilling to work with tenants who wish to move to another property due to circumstances changing, and was sure to remind me that i signed a 36 month agreement and they WILL hold me to it.... Read more

This property letter are no good, Mike Hollik and Lamaine an alleged landlord have left a 91 year old woman in a house with water leaking onto electrics, damp issues that have been going on for three years AND because her family went to Environmnetal Health and the council they have handed her notice.
DONT NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE CRETINS

Didn't put bond in scheme for well over 18 months. Only bothered to come and visit once to check property in over 3 years. Took all of the £500 deposit and attempted to claim more on top due to some light stains on x2 cream carpet's. Didn't try to clean carpets just wanted replacements however been back since & they haven't even replaced one!!! W*****s... Read more
