Communication was poor, with only one viewing in the 6 month period I was on the market with property hive. The second agent was pleasant and reassured me when I contacted her that she was promoting my property, though we saw no results over the 6 month period other than one viewing. The first had severely lacking communication skills, though I did switch agents when requested. When I first joined nobody let me know we had ‘gone live’ after me requesting we hold the property for a week for a variety of reasons. Overall I felt brushed off and that my house wasn’t important to them. I wouldn’t recommend.... Read more

Well what can we say about the whole Buying and selling experience through the Property Hive? EXCELLENT, OUTSTANDING, COMMITTED, FRIENDLY and finally PATIENT, after the time it took to sell ours due to the incompetent buyers solicitor. Well Jo and the rest of the team just took it in their stride as did we, and got on with it even though very stressful wondering if it was going to all collapse. Eventually all completed on 30/11/23 on Sale and Purchase, and believe me we certainly needed a drink.
