Completely mismanaged a downed boiler system for many months over winter. They offer a terrible service in which they will attempt to cause you as much harm as they can in order for you to bend to their insidious will of extorting money from people they think won’t know better or are unaware of their rights. They take pleasure in arguing and playing games, my guess because they’re so pathetic in their own lives it’s the only source of amusement and power they will get close to. I have found these people to be utterly useless. They have the myopic, short-term, objective, of profit maximisation. I asked them to do some minor repairs on the outside of the property (leasehold). They are legally responsible for this work. I gave up waiting and did it myself. People without principles.... Read more

I have lived in a flat managed by Graves Son & Pilcher for a little over a year and it has been a happily refreshing experience after renting with other agencies in Brighton and Hove for over 10 years. The property management team (especially Tracey) are professional, polite and very helpful. They respond quickly to any issues and many of the maintenance matters we have raised have been responded to and resolved on the same day. Incredible! They use professional, reliable and friendly service people and all communication is timely and courteous. It’s honestly a rare pleasure to be treated to this level of respect and competence as a renter in this city and I would absolutely not hesitate to recommend Graves Son & Pilcher’s services to any other renter.... I have been renting with Graves for a few years now and they are the best out there in Brighton and Hove. I have rented with a few companies before and have not had the same kind of service. Tracey Groves and Matthew are amazing and they are aways on hand for any problems or help that you need. Their response time is so fast to fix any issues that arise and the relationship that has been built with them would mean I wouldn't want to rent with anyone else. They really are true professionals and have helped me a lot on my property journey. Totally rate them.... Read more
