Hannah and Alex were absolutely amazing every step of the way. I couldn’t recommend Oakley more. My property was on the market for 9 months prior to Oakley’s involvement with no interest. They managed to get me 2 offers within 3 weeks. They handled every part of the process with care and attention to detail. Hannah was absolutely brilliant in managing the sale process through to completion. She kept me updated at all times and kept everything moving throughout, liaising with various different parties to maintain momentum. What a fantastic team - highly recommend!

This is the second time I’ve rented a property through Oakley and I’ve been incredibly impressed with their professional approach. Everything is made simple, easy and painless. Communication is always clear, and people seem very willing and able to assist with any issues. I had one issue with the property above mine causing a leak and an eventual ceiling collapse, and Oakley ensured this was addressed immediately, taking actions to make sure I was safe. Couldn’t recommend their services enough.

Oakley have been incredibly professional and supportive through what was a very drawn out and long selling process due to issues outside of their control. Consistently keeping me up to date, and going above and beyond their role to get my sale over the line, in particular Alex Powrie, who always made himself available for any question I had. Couldn’t recommend oakleys enough, especially Sam who went above and beyond for me. Trying to exchange and complete on a property whilst travelling on the other side of the world wasn’t ideal but Sam made it as simple as it could be and was always at the end of the phone to answer any questions I had.
