I suggest don’t trust anything that comes out of there mouth. They take pleasure in being shady and hiding key facts until it’s too late. Essentially do your homework don’t be fooled by there word. There only goal is to get a deal closed to the clients they ultimately represent. If I could I would ensure they never hurt or trap people in new builds ever again. GET A SURVEYOR PAY THE EXTRA MONEY. Ensure you have a better conveyor that will adjust question from every level. OAKLEY again only has the interest of the client they are employees by they are not there for your interest.... Read more
