I'm not saying that homelink is a bad company as we have found out different offices have different rules and laws as the Coatbridge office and agents think it's ok to harrase elderly parents just out of hospital during the pandemic 2nd lockdown and use emergency contact numbers they phoned our parents to ask them to pay the money that we owed in arears arears that wouldn't have happened if they had just fixed things like 2 broken windows 1 heater the other 2 broken allready that's 4 things that are against the law but homelink Coatbridge think they are above the law ....I don't think so .!!!... Thought I had sold my flat initially with another agent until it all fell through at the last minute. Changed to HomeLink and what a difference. Photos so much better, and sold the property for £2,000 more than I had previously accepted. I thought I would end up having to sell for less after the mess made by original agent. 6 months with first agent, 4 weeks with HomeLink. Their proof of funds system meant our flat wasn't taken off the market until the buyer had proved they had their mortgage in place, unlike our first experience. So everything went like clockwork. Unreliable and inadequate. Can’t do their jobs right. Letting out flats full of mould dampness and no heating. Supposed to inspect their flats every six months and don’t. Quite happy to paint over dampness. Slum letting agents. Disgusting. They don’t have a clue what they are doing. Standards of service are beyond low. I recommend not even going near these letting agents with a 50ft pole. Not a brain cell between them all. They should be embarrassed and hang there heads in shame with that they are happy to let out to folk. DISGUSTING.... Read more

I cannot thank the team at Homelink enough. I had my property on with Robinson Moore for over 2 years. Very few viewers and no offers. I had to sell due to health issues and so I approached Homelink for advice. They told me it was properly priced and should have sold and couldn't understand why it hadn't. My old agent was looking for over £400 to remove the property even though they had failed miserably. Homelink assured me they could sell it due to the amount of landlords they work with. So I made the jump and Homelink sold my house in 24 hours for full home report value. I cannot under emphasise how grateful I am.
