More specifically, I will speak to the impeccable care provided to us by the repairs and maintenance manager, Neil. He alone has managed to display the progressive prowess of all Tradies in Scotland. His haslehoff’esk’ life saving heroics from explaining fire codes, teaching us how to operate complex UK thermostats, to giving advice on ordering replacement parts on Amazon have blown our simple American minds. Who knew white duct tape existed?!?? That guy! Every nagging question we’ve had as newly expat renters has been answered intelligently and in a way only a true Scot can. His competitive nature added to his ever increasing efficiency and consistently removed any doubt that he belongs at the top as the overseer of all things repairs and maintenance. In the beginning, I was inexperienced but KVP managed to guide me through the process of becoming a landlord and
I now have 3 properties (all of which managed by KVP), one of which is going to be refurbished by KVP with their refurb package and I couldn’t be happier.
Fantastic communication, always quick to respond to emails, manage my properties without hassle when I’m working offshore and the team are fantastic, especially Craig who manages my portfolio.
Would highly recommend them to anyone who’s considering investing or looking to have their properties managed.

Cannot fault the service from Kelvin Valley Properties from start to finish with regards to selling my property. Very professional and also understanding about the stress involved. As a tenant of Kelvin Valley Properties I've just had a Legionella Water Test carried out by Neil McGougan. I had never heard of it before but Neil explained it's importance to me and it was as simple as a water temperature tester held under the the taps while running and a visual inspection. A quick and easy process for peace of mind and as with previous visits to the property by Neil cheerfully carried out while respecting my privacy.

I bought my property 3 years ago from Kelvin Valley and when it came time to sell I knew the only place I wanted to sell through was them again.
From start to finish Kelvin Valley Properties have been excellent. Thorough, professional, knowledgeable and have gone above and beyond. Communication throughout the selling process has been superb which is just one thing that makes Kelvin Valley so efficient.
We first had a visit from John who was able to provide all the necessary information as well as allowing us all the flexibility we needed when it came to getting pictures taken of our property and sorting out viewings.
We then were put in touch with Paul who kept in contact regarding when people were viewing and how the viewings went. Having come from England, I wasn’t sure how the process worked in Scotland but Paul was able to answer every question we had and advised us on the best actions to take. The property was sold in under a week. In fact the whole process took only 2 weeks from our first enquiry to finding a buyer.
Not only have they been so thorough in this process but they have also been incredibly supportive afterwards. I forgot to take meter readings before I left to go back to England and also left something behind. I got in touch again to ask if this is something they would be able to help with and once again they have not let me down.
I am so grateful to Kelvin Valley, and John and Paul particularly, for making what I was expecting to be a stressful experience so easy. I cannot recommend them enough! Thank you!

As a Kelvin Valley's lettings tenant since September 2022, I am pleased to rate them an 8/10, I wouldn't give a complete 10 as there should always be some room for improvement in every business.
If you're looking to buy or rent within Kilsyth and Croy areas, they should be your first option.
Their lettings are ALWAYS clean and well maintained. You just feel attracted from your first viewing, and they occasionally come for inspections. You can also report a repair from their website.
Highly recommended for landlords and tenants.

When we had questions it was never too much trouble including some lengthy emails explaining what we wanted to know.
Now had Kelvin Valley sell for us once again.
Property went on in under a week, and although at a difficult price in the local market,they delivered on viewings,and finally after a few weeks a sale.

I used this service to VIEW a property, I requested an email to confirm the appointment time, received no call or email in 24 hours. Contacted the company via FB messenger & was told they'd tried to phone me (no missed calls the previous day's & had no email response). Then tried calling me even though is had requested an email.
Called back & arranged a view for the following day, received email confirmation & advised would receive a follow up call on Thursday (was this was the Tuesday). To dated received no callback to see how view went & if suitable.
