He has a genuine interest in finding the right home and then the right person for that home. This agency's customer service really is the best I've come across in all my years of letting properties. From the outset, Femi did a fantastic job with the marketing of my apartment. Details of my property were available online within hours of the photos being taken. I was so impressed by those 3D images which really helped prospective tenants walk though the apartment and decide whether they liked it or not. This meant that those who actually came for a viewing were already very interested which saved a lot of time. Femi managed all the viewings, so I didn't have to worry about that side of things. He also ran all the necessary tenant checks which resulted in the apartment being let to a wonderful professional couple. The tenants look after the property to a very high standard and I couldn't want for better. I have used the services of HomeForte for 3D Virtual Viewing Technology where one can walk through a house and see it from your pc, laptop or mobile phone to navigate the entire house for virtual viewing. I used this service for my house shares to allow prospective tenants who maybe far away to have a virtual viewings from the comfort of their own current locations. It also qualify them, impresses them and adds additional value to the room price. Also it saves time in wasted viewings if the tenant is not liking what they see about the property or room.
