I was planning to visit Mansion London Limited to discuss a high-end property I found on Zoopla (which was also featured in News Shopper). However, when I searched their 15 Stratton Street address to find directions for my visit, I discovered it appears to be a virtual office and mail-forwarding service rather than a dedicated physical brokerage. This red flag prompted me to do some standard due diligence, and I ultimately decided to walk away. I checked their publicly available Companies House records (Company No. 08294606), and their most recent filings show a business in heavy debt with significant negative retained earnings, zero physical assets on their balance sheet, and relying on bank loans and overdrafts. There is a very stark contrast between the elite, luxury image they project online and the actual financial health and physical presence of the corporate entity. For anyone looking to buy or sell luxury real estate, I highly recommend doing your own thorough background checks on the corporate entity before handing over any money, signing contracts, or trusting them with high-value assets.... I recently booked the "Waterloo" meeting room at Regus Hanover Square for a professional client meeting, and the experience was deeply disappointing. For the premium price point Regus charges, the basic facilities were completely inadequate. The meeting room had no functioning air conditioning, making it uncomfortably hot for the duration of our session. This was compounded by the state of the restrooms, which were in an outrageous condition—filthy, with wall frames lying on the floor and generally disgusting. To make matters worse, the WiFi was patchy and unreliable, hindering our ability to work effectively. It was embarrassing to have my colleagues complain about the environment I had selected, reflecting poorly on my judgment. Given the high cost of renting this space, I expected a professional, clean, and functional environment. Instead, we received substandard service and facilities. I cannot recommend this location until these fundamental issues regarding cleanliness, climate control, and connectivity are resolved.
