I enquired about a house. The house was under offer. A few days later I received a phone call to say the buyer had lost their buyer. I was asked if I wanted to view it. I knew I wanted it and put in an offer there and then. The offer was accepted and property removed from the market. I instructed a solicitor, got a mortgage in principle. Over the weekend, the previous buyer found another buyer. I was informed the vendor was going ahead with the previous buyer again. I received a phone call from Rachel initially who was extremely flippant about the decision with no sympathy. I received another phone call from Chris. I was devastated as have recently encountered major health issues and needed an easier house to manage. Honeywells couldn’t have cared less. Sickened by their attitude and lack of professionalism.

In my past experience, the buying or selling of property's has never been quite straightforward. However when dealing with Honeywells I found that they did manage to make it a smooth a ride as possible; so to speak.
With a very helpful and professional crew to help me through until closure on buying the property; what could be better.

All the staff at Honeywell in Clitheroe have been brilliant throughout the sale of our house. From our initial meeting, taking the best photos possible, accompanying viewings, giving us feedback, negotiating the sale and then liaising between us and the solicitors during the conveyancing process. The best thing for me was the information they had to hand when you called the office or emailed for an update. It didn’t matter who you spoke to, they have a system where notes are updated as they acquire them and these are referred to instantly. They put our mind at ease, were encouraging and provided a very good service. I would certainly use them again.

I was really pleased with the service received from Honeywell. The staff were friendly and professional. Our sale was somewhat protracted which was frustrating at times but the agents were tenacious in chasing things up with the solicitors to keep things moving. I misread the water meter too and they followed this up for me after the sale. Overall, I was very pleased and would recommend Honeywell.
