9th Apr 2026 (26 days ago)We sold and bought our new house through Mortimors at Clitheroe in 25/26 and the whole team were fantastic. As is the nature of buying and selling, the process didn’t always run smoothly due to land registry checks and solicitor hold ups. Ben and Charlotte went above and beyond, helping us to feel relaxed and confident in the process, and liaising with all relevant parties. Charlotte especially dealt with SO many queries and delays on our behalf, really pushing to get us over the line by our required date. We want to thank you for all you did in helping us find our dream home. We would highly recommend the whole team at Clitheroe to anyone. Ben, Charlotte, Harrison and the rest of the team are all individually a pleasure to deal with, hard working and extremely knowledgeable! 5 stars isn’t really enough ????????????

It would've been good to meet with the agent that was showing our property, so we can explain to him more about the property, but overall we're very happy. Quick responses, dealing with queries efficiently and very professional throughout.

Rick, Dave and Johnathon helped to value the property, take great pictures, produce a lovely brochure and get the property on the market in a very short time. This helped to get the property under offer within 48 hours of the first viewing, allowing us to proceed with the purchase we wanted. Katie went above and beyond and was excellent at keeping in touch even if just to say nothing had changed. Would use Keenans again ( if we were moving again ???? ) and recommend to others.

18th Apr 2026 (17 days ago)We have recently sold our late parents house with Buckley Brown. It was a very stressful and emotional time but the team at Buckley Brown helped us through it. They guided us through the whole journey with kindness and patience. We had weekly phone updates throughout the process. They definitely took the pressure away from us. We trusted them with keys and alarm codes to the property for viewing purposes and they always left the property secure. Debbie from the sales progression team was extremely helpful and I looked forward to her friendly chats. Many thanks.
5th Jan 2026 (17 weeks ago)As a potential buyer it is very difficult to get through to these estate agents. I have waited over a week for them to get back to me regarding a viewing for properties. They seem to be very adverse to picking up the phone or replying to email enquiries if you are looking to either buy or sell your property I would personally stay clear from this Estate Agent. In addition to this the re occurring theme of discriminatory behaviour is very off putting in the previous reviews as well.
19th Apr 2026 (16 days ago)I have known Lewis for a number of years as a family friend and always knew he was in the property market. My parents live abroad and were looking for a place back in the UK, so I gave Lewis a call to see what the options were locally. We were after a very specific type of property, so knew it may be a challenge. Within a week my parents had viewed 3 properties and put an offer in on one which is now going through. I can’t recommend the experience enough. Lewis has been incredible and kept me and my parents updated throughout the process. Highly recommended and if you are thinking of moving within the Ribble valley give Lewis at Stones Young a call.

Honestly made a stressful time of selling our house (within 48 hours of going live may I add) as easy as she possibly could. All the staff give a personal touch and that cannot be matched. Definitely recommend for buying and selling.

I recently sold my house through the Blackburn office team and they were fantastic, always reachable when I needed to speak to anyone, and everyone in that team always go the extra mile. We also bought our new home through Stones Young Clitheroe, and again both Sarah and Jack were brilliant, the exceptional and consistent service is what makes them the best in the area, and the management team should be very proud. Sharon was lovely on valuing our house, photographing, measuring etc. Ruby then took over handling most of the viewing arrangements and dealing with our sale, she was proactive at chasing follow ups and kept in contact with us regularly. We accepted an offer and completed our sale super quickly (within 4 weeks!) with Taylforths help - we can’t thank them enough, 5* service!

The property was listed on a Tuesday and after a number of viewings by the following Monday we had offers one of which exceeded the listing price and our expectations. From then on until completion John kept me well informed. Would we use them again YES, would we recommend them YES. Thanks guys.
