After buying and selling multiple houses over the years, this has been the best service especially the manner in which Charlotte and Ben have dealt with everything. I hope they get a bonus for their efforts, they deserve it

31st Oct 2025 (12 weeks ago)Communication okay, Simon and Emily were absolutely wonderful-others not so great! On one occasion we had a viewing that we made arrangements for and was called 10 minutes before to be cancel all because the agent was running late and mixed up her diary, was also super unprofessional! We have eventually sold for 10k lower than asked for but had 3 viewings in 8 weeks.

Molly kept us informed every step of the way, answered all our questions promptly, and truly went above and beyond to make the experience smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for better support and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell their home. We will certainly use Keenan’s again thanks to Molly.

5th Jan 2026 (20 days ago)As a potential buyer it is very difficult to get through to these estate agents. I have waited over a week for them to get back to me regarding a viewing for properties. They seem to be very adverse to picking up the phone or replying to email enquiries if you are looking to either buy or sell your property I would personally stay clear from this Estate Agent. In addition to this the re occurring theme of discriminatory behaviour is very off putting in the previous reviews as well.

The advice we received was clear, honest, and incredibly supportive, and we felt looked after at every stage. Choosing the auction route was the best decision we made, it ensured a fast completion and didn’t cost us a penny. Communication was excellent throughout, with full transparency from start to finish. I couldn’t recommend Martin and the team at Crown Estates highly enough; they were professional, efficient, and genuinely caring, making the whole journey truly five-star.
26th May 2022 (3 years ago)The unique service offered by Griffin has enabled me to complete a DIY sale of my home on the Internet using national property sale platforms as if I was the website. I listed my property at 8am and by 9.30am on the same day I was receiving emails from potential purchaser's. I well know the power of the Internet, but even I was surprised by the speed of it all. The Griffin team have the power to listen and assist you, I wish to thank the person at Griffin who originated this professional service and his team for doing a great job. If I ever need to sell a home in future I will immediately use the Griffin service and have been recommending them to family and friends. Thank you.

Right from the initial meeting and valuation they have been professional, courteous and friendly and have kept us in touch all throughout the viewing process and with our eventual successful sale. Jonny, Emma and Jenny are great to deal with and the whole process have been stress free. I recommend them wholeheartedly and wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.

18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

Very professional throughout, excellent particulars, attention to detail, proactive communications and very supportive throughout the whole selling process. Highly recommend S&Y to anyone.
