From the first viewing with Lucy right through to exchanging of contracts we were treated with excellent professionalism with a very personal touch. We were relative novices to begin with but Lucy helped us through the process explaining everything in plain English and kept us updated every step of the way. She was so helpful, polite and nothing was too much trouble. When Lucy was not there both Callum and Dan (boy band lookalike) were also extremely helpful. Everything was done in such a polite and friendly way we didn't feel pressured . The whole team have effective communication skills, are friendly and a real pleasure to deal with and don't treat you like you are just another customer that they can get some money out of!
