So Heritage were the nominated agents for selling the property we purchased. I haven't got a bad thing to say about them, we dealt with Dan throughout the whole process and I have never known an agent to be so responsive and honest. We booked a very last minute 2nd viewing on the property to make sure we wanted to go ahead which Dan accommodated. We had the memorandum of sale the day after. When we booked our survey which Dan co-ordinated between surveyor and vendor. It was discovered their was Woodworm in the loft and Dan got this dealt with for us promptly. Any questions we had he was more than willing to help and always responded promptly.
I really highly advise using Heritage Homes, I wish we used them for the sale of our property as that was a very different experience with who we used.

Having never sold a property before, I was apprehensive about the process when faced with selling my late father's cottage. From the very beginning, Dan was supportive and guided myself and my brother throughout the entire process. He would take time to explain next steps and what was required from us. He was always on hand to ask questions and not once made us feel silly for all of the questions we asked! Dan offered a very competitive rate compared to other estate agents and I would genuinely recommend this company to support you in buying or selling a home.
