Extremely dire service in recent months, nobody in the office, calls go unanswered, website has been down for 6 months at least, barely get a reply to emails and honestly seem like they are going out of business. They were the agent for the property I rent, landlord decided to change due to the above and to say they have been uncooperative is an understatement. Process to handover was started in the middle of May and they still have not transferred/refunded the deposit or the keys. Completely unprofessional.

Really helpful and easily contactable estate agents, made the process of buying our first house as easy as possible. Would definitely recommend. We mostly dealt with Ellie and she was fantastic.

Couldn't fault the service we received from Jacks and Jones. As an executor sale Tim and Ellie were at all times considerate of the emotional side of the sale, whilst remaining friendly and professional. We were kept informed at all times and at no time were put under any pressure to proceed at a pace that wasn't comfortable for us. Highly recommended.

Jack’s and Jones were unbelievable, it’s as simple as that. They went out of there way on numerous occasions to help us with the process of moving house. We had some ups and downs on the journey but every time Ellie was there to support us and provide the expertise and support needed. Could not recommend them more!

Ellie Brace and the team at Jacks and Jones without doubt went the extra mile to secure a sale on our property. Professionalism and patients in abundence and nothing was to much effort, the team were always there to answer any questions and kept in touch throughout the progress with advice and reassurance...we are so glad that we chose Jacks and Jones and would use and reccommend them again!!!

Ellie & Simon were always friendly & professional. They were responsive to my calls and made the moving process to our new property as stress free as possible.
They put my mind at ease when things happened which were out of our control and we managed to hit the stamp duty deadline which is always an added bonus.
We got a little gift set upon completion which was a nice touch.
