Extremely dire service in recent months, nobody in the office, calls go unanswered, website has been down for 6 months at least, barely get a reply to emails and honestly seem like they are going out of business. They were the agent for the property I rent, landlord decided to change due to the above and to say they have been uncooperative is an understatement. Process to handover was started in the middle of May and they still have not transferred/refunded the deposit or the keys. Completely unprofessional.... Read more
