19th Mar 2024 (4 weeks ago)I have been renting a property with this estate agency since September 2023 and have had the worst experience. From the day we moved in we identified several severe maintenance issues with our property which we informed Bessie (our property manager) of immediately. Initially it took us weeks to hear back as I emailed several times and called the office and was told i would be contacted back and never was. This has been on going for almost 7 months now of our 11 month contract. The quality of service is very poor and essentially unacceptable. I had filed a formal complaint which was not escalated and asked to speak to a manager several times and no one has contacted me. No exaggeration this has been the worst customer service experience I have faced.

Alex from the day we met him was so friendly and helpful. The customer service through out our stay from Alex, James & Steph was nothing but exceptional! I highly recommend Henry Adams Storrington :)

We originally found our first home through Mathers 5 years ago, and we had no doubt about going back to them. Trafford kept us up to date at all times, and we really appreciate his hard work. If we are looking to sell in the future, we will definitely get back in touch!

This in part enabled me to complete on a property 8 months after the original offer was accepted, which at times I didn't think would be possible. Thanks to Jack and Jade for there individual efforts.

Despite Lextons representing the Vendors our interactions with Josh and Tara were always met with professionalism and fairness. They both persevered throughout the process to ensure a positive outcome for their clients and ourselves as the buyers. Throughout the process they were both effective communicators and resilient with challenges which they worked towards overcoming. We would consider using Lextons as our agents should we be looking to sell our current property in the future. Thanks Josh and Tara.

I couldn’t fault them. They were always on hand to answer any questions or update me on the process. Nothing was too much trouble. If at any point I was to consider relocating to another property, I would certainly consider using them to sell my house. 2nd Jul 2023 (9 mo. ago)The local knowledge was spot on which helped fix the price. The publicity produced 12 viewings and 6 offers within a week. The organisation of viewings and the communication to me of the outcomes was impressive. The property was sold within a week at £5K over the asking price.
