If any visits needs to be arranged i.e Flat inspection, I always got sufficient notice and there was never a problem to rearrange it to suit my schedule when I needed it. Amy Parry has been my primary contact since the beginning and I'm very grateful for her patience and the support. I also dealt with Matt & Sasha and again, efficient and prompt communication. Thank you Q team for your hard work.

I was also impressed with the fees as they seemed very competitive compared to other estate agents I tried. Really happy with the service. Many thanks
24th Jan 2025 (9 weeks ago)Had to chase up for feedback after every viewing; it was never provided unprompted. Had to chase twice when floorplan was wrong on Rightmove. Had to ask multiple times (and appeared to be ignored) when at end of the contract I asked for our property to be taken off the market. Property not sold by end of contract and switched to an alternative estate agent.
30th Oct 2024 (21 weeks ago)This agency more like scamming people ,they will take the deposit and not give back , I’ve paid the deposit and while they give property to someone else still not paying back, Be careful with your signature ?? as they send extremely long later that you automatically won’t be able to read it all while they rushing to get it done

13th Mar 2025 (14 days ago)I cannot recommend Alan Blythe enough; when we had our first meeting with Alan back in 2022, we had been recommended to have a chat with him through Fox and sons regarding a shared ownership flat in Brighton. We had been told by other mortgage brokers that our criteria was too narrow and we wouldn’t be able to get anything. Alan has a vast knowledge of his field, and the patience of a saint! He managed to get us into a (fully owned) flat of our own shortly after. We soon found out we were expecting our son, and our family plans excelled slightly. We made another appointment with Alan just to see where we needed to be headed if we ever wanted to upgrade to a house in the future. Once again, Alan came through for us and by selling our flat (which we had improved vastly) we were able to secure a house. The pathway wasn’t straightforward (as it always seems to be for us) but Alan persevered for us with so much patience. He is always calm and nothing is ever too much trouble. He always takes his time to explain every detail, and doesn’t mind explaining things more than once. We are now in our perfect family home thanks to Alan, I still believe none of this would have been possible without his help, none of the other brokers got anywhere close to this kind of help. At the beginning we paid a small fee for a lifetime membership and then pay a smaller fee thereafter for ongoing services when required; this has been worth its weight in gold. Thanks again for everything Alan we are so grateful.

After tirelessly searching for available properties, we stumbled upon a delightful flat that caught our attention. We promptly reached out to Your Move, and to our delight, Tracy responded the same day, confirming the availability of the flat. She impressively handled all our inquiries and swiftly scheduled a viewing for us. Her proactive approach made the entire process much smoother and less stressful. Following the viewing, we expressed our interest in the property, and to our joy, we were selected as the tenants. We are immensely grateful to Your Move Brighton for their invaluable assistance in helping us secure our new home. We are especially grateful to Tracy for guiding us through each step, considering we were new to the system. Her dedication, patience, and responsiveness from our initial inquiry to signing the agreement were greatly appreciated. We also want to express our gratitude to Dominique and the entire team at Your Move. Their consistent kindness and thoughtful approach made our interactions truly pleasant, making our experience with Your Move a positive one.

15th Nov 2024 (19 weeks ago)We have just let our property with Knight & Knoxley. Luke was exceptional in his role to help us. He got the ball rolling straight away and a tenant was found immediately. Luke was extremely good at communicating back and forth with us and the tenant. He was efficient and responsive. He always answered our questions, set up meetings and gave us good advice. I would definitely recommend Luke and the company to others.

He was very helpful from day 1, by emailing and calling when he said he would. Cooper Adams are very Professional and reliable and would definitely use them again in the future and recommend then to others to use. 5 star service cannot fault them.

We have just exchanged and are a few weeks from completion but we couldn’t be more thankful for the non stop support throughout the whole process. Rob was always just a phone call or email away if we ever needed anything, explaining the process bit by bit which we are so thankful for. He has made buying our first home such an enjoyable process! Thanks so much to the whole team who played a part in this next chapter for us! Highly recommend this Estate Agents who always had our best interests at heart.
18th Mar 2024 (1 year ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!
15th Dec 2024 (15 weeks ago)Recently inspected two properties in the company of Jayne Champion. Found the viewings relaxing it was like a friend proud to be showing their home. Communication was excellent contacted Jayne with couple of questions late afternoon, received an email before the office closed and the answers within an hour of the office opening. Found Aspire to be excellent company.

15th Nov 2024 (19 weeks ago)Hannah liaised with buyers and solicitors during my house sale. Challenging to say the least with a long chain, I was kept in the loop with regular updates. During the last few weeks when the exchange date kept being pushed further and further out, Hannah was incredibly helpful. She used an email chain with updates on everyone in the chain taking a lot of the uncertainty out of it, while also very friendly and reassuring on the phone. Thank you so much!
