This is the best agent in Marylebone with unique connections in the area (e.g. with the medical world) and have been operating extremely successfully for over 30 years. Jeremy and his son Michael have a very different approach to both buyers and sellers weaving them together without undue pressure being exercised but always present and willing to guide and support at all times. Transactions are closed via super appropriate guidance to all concerned. During the pandemic, being an owner-run business, they were the only choice as far as I was concerned since they put in the extra mile at all times. Apart from closing a sale transaction for me on Friday at a "dream" price, they also managed to rent two of my properties at this most difficult time without void periods! Working with Jeremy James was a pleasant experience; Jane and Tanya were helpful, communicated effectively, and always demonstrated professionalism. A year of hassle while building works surrounded us, repairs took an age and promises to fix the ‘new’ kitchen went on and on. Nice agents but their developer clients never get anything fixed and a burglary with CCTV mysteriously unplugged by the contractors seems all too convenient. Avoid 21 Upper Wimpole Street if you were thinking of Renting. Flat 2 21 Upper Wimpole Street is not a good rental.... Read more

If your are looking to rent and your budget is below £600 pw, they will IGNORE your emails and calls. 'Jane Franks' has been ignoring our emails for a month or so now and we are simply asking her to email us some property options. And when we call she says there is a problem with their email system but will contact soon? Never contacts us afterwards. Awful to deal with. I now understand why they have removed all their previous Google reviews due to all the negative ones they have received.... Read more
