The experience I had with Manors was very poor as they are slow to deal with issues and seem to have little care about any issues that their tenants raise. I have on several occasions waited for weeks and months with constant enquiry to have severe issues fixed such as elevator not working, leaking ceiling and no water in the apartment. I do not recommend this agency for anybody that wishes to have a good renting experience in London.

Alex Hebditch has been my main point of contact at Manors for the past several years and has provided me with nothing but superb service during that time. There have been several issues with tenants, and indeed Manors’ own Finance department, over that time and on a number of occasions I had threatened to take my business elsewhere. However, in each instance, Alex has coolly taken control of the situation and used his professionalism and calm demeanor to diffuse matters and talk me around from severing my links. During this latest tenancy transition, Fajer has given exceptional support in preparing my flat for its new tenant. She is committed, hard working and friendly. A great person to have on side. I cannot overstate how pleased we were with the superb service we received from Jenny Purchase at Manors in selling our flat and from the back up of Hannah and the rest of the team. Honestly we have not had the best experience of estate agents in the UK but this was absolutely exceptional. At all stages Jenny kept us fully informed, we were never left wondering what was happening. She was honest even if the news was not what we hoped for, she was respectful of everyone even when things were very trying and kept her cool and found a way through. When there were problems, this was during lockdown, she went a lot further than the extra mile, offering to ferry documents for signature, being in touch with whoever was the roadblock at the time; if there was any problem she was onto it; she just put in so much work for us. Truthfully we could have wished for nothing more, we were delighted with her and only wish she could handle every house sale we ever do in future. Thank you Manors and Jenny, we wish you very well.

I would avoid this place if possible. I rented in US, UK and NL and this was by far the worst service received of all. I assume they will always choose the side of the landlord, given they are repeat customers and are happy to screw over expats who they are unlikely to see again.

Excellent experience with Manors and, in particular, Gemma Ingles, who I would recommend in a heartbeat.
I had less than two weeks to find a new rental property after my previous arrangements fell through last minute and, within hours of my indicating interest in a flat, Gemma had arranged a viewing for me on that day.
Gemma was all smiles when she met me, very professional and looked the part. She met me punctually at the property, showed me around and had the answers to all my questions. It sounds basic but you might be surprised at how many agent's don't! We had a quick chat about process and next steps and I was off.
The very same evening, after working hours, Gemma assisted in locking-down an acceptance of my offer with the landlord. The very next day, the referencing and tenancy agreement processes both commenced and completed. It was a real whirlwind and I was amazed at how quickly and efficiently the process was handled. It really helped me out in such a stressful time. Special thanks to Kitija Kirilova for her help in the referencing and tenancy agreement processes as well; she was also a star.

I contacted Manors to help me out with my search from Dubai before I came to London so on arrival I had a list of suitable, vetted places set up for me to see. I was in regular contact with Florence Logan in Lettings, who listened to what my requirements were and didn't waste any time asking me to view places that were unsuitable. Unlike other agents, she wasn't sticking to a "script" but really used her own initiative and resources at hand to help us find something. Gemma Ingles has been extremely helpful and supportive. She quickly understood me and my sister's rather stark preferences for a property, and somehow managed to show us place that fit both of our criteria. Gemma was extremely efficient. As opposed to other agents who will schedule one off places at different times and days, she managed to bulk them all together so that our time is well spent. We'd contacted pretty much all the big rental agencies and were in touch with probably 50+ agents across London (Marylebone, Mayfair, Fitzrovia, Westminster, Angel, Shoreditch, Covent Garden, Pimlico, etc) but found Gemma to be the best amongst them all. In fact Gemma was even kind enough to find us properties from other agents only so we could get the right property, not necessarily caring about her own business. She was also very honest about the pros and cons with properties not at all hiding or sugarcoating any flaws.
I would highly recommend Gemma to anyone trying to find a place. She's super efficient, helpful, intuitive, supportive, and basically looks out for her clients.

I have transferred the management service from other agents to Manors over the past few years. Now, Manors is helping to manage all three properties for me. The service is outstanding, for both the property owner and the tenants. The condition of the property is maintained. The good relationships with the tenants are looked after very well.

A highly professional set up. Dealing with the team there was a pleasure. They are armed with in-depth knowledge of the local area and surrounding catchment too. Genuinely worked for the vendor ( myself ) as well as ensured that they buyer was also paid attention too. The transaction was smooth and Manors helped achieve a price with the right negotiations. As a landlord, I switched to Manors upon the end of a previous tenancy with a different agency as I wasn't happy with their service. Manors, and in particular, Alex Habditch, provided a slick service from start to finish. nothing was to much trouble. His knowledge of the current local market conditions helped us secure new, desirable tenants quickly.

I have had a pleasant experience with Manors throughout my tenancy term of two years. Kate Kepinska is a great agent; she took care of any problems I had in an efficient and professional manner. She was also quick at responding to emails and ensured that everything was processed smoothly. I also dealt often with Matthew Ross who was also very professional and responsive to all emails and calls. Overall, I have had a good experience with this agency and would recommend it.

A Kapoor
Mo from Manors is the worst agent you can find. He is disrespectful, rude and arrogant. He even had the audacity to make fun my brother who had learning difficulties for not knowing the exact location of the property. Stay away from Mo and this estate agency. Terrible service pre-viewing, who knows what will happen after the move-in!
