If you are a small independent business I wouldn’t bother with this company - extremely unprofessional. They don’t respond to emails and if you manage to get through to someone on the phone be warned they are unhelpful and rude.

Initially it started off quite well using some of their services, however for some reason I'm now constantly getting ignored with my calls, emails etcetera to close my case. Unprofessional! Definitely no recommendation!

Tried contacting this company but never had a response. I tried ringing and emailing one of the partners and never heard back. Left an answerphone message and an email but no one ever got back to me. Unprofessional customer service.
We have since found new premises but shame we were ignored completely with this company/partner.

We had a problem with a rating assessment from the council on our commercial property in Tamworth. The team at Johnson Fellows responded immediately to our request for help and have successfully appealed the assessment, saving us time, stress and money.

Nial Glendon and Mr Kington of Derby they are totally incompitant to be estate agents, very inexperienced very annoying and lost thousands due to there unprofessional service, I would not recommend to anyone Johnson's fellows is run by con artists. Nazreen and Mr Burkey.

A Downing-Booth
Rang to view a unit back in september in Lichfield, was told they would call me back when they had instructions from the landlord. Heard nothing for two weeks and in the mean time i called on two more occasions. On the third occasion, I said that I had called twice before and not heard back, to which they rudely told me that they had already told me that they hadn't got the keys yet and they would call me when they had got them. 1) they hadn't said they hadn't got the keys, just that they were waiting for the landlords instructions, and 2) this was nearly half a year ago, and STILL I've not heard back from them to this date, having given them my details on THREE separate occasions. If that's not AWFUL service, then what is!?

Iain Mills acted on behalf of Games Workshop in taking premises from us. Iain was great to deal with - responding quickly and efficiently to everything which ensured that the lease could be completed as quickly as possible
