They did not sell my property. The only reason that I have put a sold date in is that the GetAgent system does not allow me to proceed unless a date is put in. My experience with Maguire Jackson is that although they were highly recommended by Get Agent and they came back with an valuation which I thought was reasonable (ie it was not the highest valuation I received) they did not manage to sell the property in possibly one of the most busiest periods in property sales for the last 10 years. Initially they were very hands on and I had lots of contact however when it didn't sell in the first few weeks it was almost as if they lost interest. I had several calls chasing them and they agreed to do a "once a week" update, however again after the couple of weeks that too stopped. If your property initially generates a lot of interest and there are offers then I guess they may well be competent agency, however if it requires them to put some effort into selling it then I would recommend looking around ...
