I have used Kemp and Co for more than 6 years! And I am so glad I have done so! It’s an absolutely delight to be under their care! There is no hassle they are are very kind and caring I only have to pick up the phone or email and their response is excellent! I class Leah as a friend now and to have that is remarkable I am just not a number to them! They treat all their clients with the utmost care! So if you need help with finding a property to rent or even to rent yours go to Kemp and Co ! You definitely won’t be disappointed! I had a bad experience with one estate agent company and was very weary about finding someone else ! They have most definitely restored my faith! 18th May 2022 Update on My experience with Kemp and Co, i cannot fault this wonderful Team, I have rented from them for over ten years now, and they have gone from strength to strength. Nothing is to much trouble and they go over 100% in looking after you. Maria your team consisting of Leah, Keely and Becky are a credit to you. Although I have known Leah for a lot longer than Becky and Keely. I consider you all as friends because of the way you care. We rented through Kemp & Co for a property in Broadmayne for over a year. There were a few issues when we first moved in, but they were sorted swiftly. Any subsequent issues have been promptly resolved as well. All throughout COVID restrictions, they have maintained professionalism, and respected the rules. Highly recommend Leah, Becky and Maria!! Terrible communication, the management have a very low tolerance to complaints and tend to get irate to problems. They are very slow to respond to appliances that are faulty or need repairs and I have had to go weeks without certain things even working.... Read more

I switched to Kemp & Co 3 years ago after a terrible experience with my previous letting agent and tenants. I found them to be very professional, helpful and would always go the extra mile to make sure my property and the tenant was looked after meaning I could relax knowing it was in good hands. We have had 2 tenants in since we started using Kemp's to manage our property and both tenants informed me any queries or problems with the property were dealt with promptly. Terrible experience from this company. Rent never late. Professional working couple. Despite the property being unfurnished this Company take photos of our rooms so the Landlord can see how we live. Not satisfied with this either they have Informed us that they will be bringing the landlord on their next Inspection. Very sneaky & treated like Criminals.... Read more

-Flat not cleaned properly before we moved in. Had to argue with the estate agent manager and wait 5 days before their cleaner was free to do the carpets, clean down the grubby paint work and kitchen so we could uunpack. -They did get a plumber out very quickly to sort out a water leak in the toilet. -Contract states you agree to insure the fixtures and fittings of the property. I wrote I wouldn't be doing this as it is the responsibility of the flat owner before signing. -We put up a curtain track because all of the blinds were incorrectly installed and didn't exclude any light (night shifts). Various sets continued to fall down during our tenancy and the agency were emailed to request repair. They didn't reply. So all in all probably worst agency we've ever dealt with and that is coming from a couple who moves every year for their jobs!... Read more
