Meyers are putting as much care and attention to the marketing of my mothers retirement home which is placed at the lower end of the market as they do with properties at the higher end. Called on a Sunday afternoon to their "24 hour" phone line and heard nothing back at all, I wanted to use them to sell my house but had to go elsewhere!
Recently bought and sold through Connells in dorchester and was thrilled with the service I received. Had an offer on my house £9000 above what the 2 other agents I had out valued it for and it was chased through by the whole team from start to finish!! Very professional and would recommend (already have) to anyone!
I have called to view 2 properties twice now and no one has bothered to get back to me. I wouldn't sell with these estate agents knowing this.
I cannot praise Emma Hughes and her team more highly, especially Dan and Ben in getting me through a particulary stressful 7 months with my first buyer pulling out near the point of exchange after 5 months.
Dan wasted no time in remarketing my apartment and in less than a week they found another buyer.
However with a distinct lack of communication between the various solicitors l was very worried that l might lose my purchase. Emma stepped into the breach and on several occasions chased up both ends of the chain to see where everyone was at. Emma was exemplary in allaying any concens l had and keeping me updated on a regular basis. I also really liked the fact that everyone in the team were more than competent to handle any queries l had and if they didn't know the answer to a question one of the team got back to me within 24 hrs.
This is one estate agent that really do care about their customers. They listen to your concerns and act swiftly to seek a resolution. All the staff without exception are polite and couteous and l would not hesitate to use them again.

Made an appointment to view a property but the vendor was very surprised to see us as Direct Moves hadn't told them we were coming! Called to speak to the Manager who was unavailable, was told he would call me back but two days on still no phone call to explain what went wrong. Would not recommend this company.
A pleasure to do business with.....quite a complicated sale/purchase in Bridport extremely well handled by efficient and pleasant staff. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Parkers to anyone. Thank you to all of you!
