As far as I can tell, only one person works at this entire company, though he tries to make it seem like there's a larger "team" here.
Many of the "sales" listed on their shop window and website have never completed. Properties linger for months and are not advertised on Rightmove. I would take my business elsewhere.

I can’t recommend this company highly enough.Quite exemplary and I’ve had dealings with many agencies over my many years. Chris Kingsbourne has been reliable and a delight to work with, keeping me informed of the sale every step of the way, very helpful with his contacts, very prompt in responding to any queries, excellent communication and all carried out in a respectful and straightforward manner.

Kingbourne were the agent selling the property I recently purchased. Chris provided an exceptional level of service to me as a buyer. He always responded quickly, this super-attentiveness is much appreciated when moving which can be a stressful time! Chris' professional approach was helpful and he calmly handled all queries and issues efficiently. I would highly recommend Kingbourne to anyone looking to sell their home and would not hesitate to use their services in the future myself.

I have been really impressed with the service offered by Kingbourne & Co. Chris Thompson has dealt wit the sale of my apartment in Exeter. He has been proactive, efficient and reliable throughout. He has provided me with high quality, helpful advice and as someone going through the sale process for the first time, its been reassuring to know he's on hand and always happy to answer questions.
I have been particularly impressed by Kingbourne's responsiveness. Chris has been very prompt in responding to emails and chasing up the solicitors. I was also very impressed with the way in which Chris was able to use his professional contacts to find a specialist surveyor quickly (and at a very reasonable price) when one was needed. This helped keep things moving and minimised unnecessary delays.
I would definitely use Kingbourne & Co again and have no hesitation in recommending them.
