We achieved our target price with a very harmonious closing process. I think both the Buyer and Seller should equally feel good about the transaction, facilitated in no small part due to Savills Exeter. Tom Bedford was excellent throughout the whole process, always keeping me informed, and did a great job overall. The quality of the marketing was also better than the competition. When Tom was away from the office Amy Hart did an equally brilliant job liaising with the solicitors, and moving things along. Would highly recommend the Exeter office, and in particular Tom and Amy.
