Very poorly organised company . First time I walked into the office a member of staff was sleeping sitting up in room . There is serious lack of communication delays in everything as they don’t send forms correctly or when they are supposed to.. been a very bad experience and have to chase things up myself when it was there job to do things correctly but this was not the case . Avoid at all costs ….

Wife passed away 13th jan. Handed in a load of forms only to find out they not been passed on to relevant authorities. 1 form was already filled out, just needed a signature from lawyer. Its now the end of march and form still not been sent.
Called to ask why and told if not happy find another lawyer...
Is that good practice?

Called on Thursday last week to be told someone will give me a call Thursday or Friday. No one called so I phoned and asked and was told that court has been busy. Which is absolutely fine. We’re 1 week and 1 day ahead and no one has called not even to say they are busy. Definitely a good thing that I’ve been shown I wouldn’t be supported correctly through a vulnerable time. Lucky escape.

I used KW Law for conveyancing; selling my home and purchasing a new property. For various reasons I ended up with a very tight deadline to conclude the missives and I cannot emphasise enough how well KW Law handled this process. Staff are friendly, kept me informed throughout and I appreciated their direct and upfront approach. On moving day, which is stressful enough, they were very helpful and processed everything quickly. I would definitely use KW Law again for conveyancing if I move again in future.

I had a settlement to agree with my employer and it was dealt with by Gillian Knox from the Livingston branch. She was very friendly, very professional and extremely efficient; she made a potentially stressful situation very simple.
If I need legal assistance in the future, I will get in touch with her before considering anyone else.
The offices are spacious and serve their purpose perfectly.

Laizy, do not use. Do not care and dont want to deal with issues, prefer to just ignore your phone calls. Nearly missed entry date because they didnot bother to let me know to pick up keys before 12, as seller conveyancer is closing early on Friday, just been lucky to contact direct with seller.
