From start to finish, everyone I’ve dealt with has been incredibly helpful, professional and friendly.<br><br>In particular, I can’t thank Alison enough. She has been absolutely fantastic — always on the ball, keeping me updated throughout and making what could have been a stressful process feel so much easier. I always felt like everything was being taken care of, which gave me real peace of mind.<br><br>The photographs of my flat were also absolutely stunning. They were beautifully presented and really showcased the property at its best on the website, which I was so impressed with.<br><br>I’d also like to mention Chris, the mortgage adviser at Slater Hogg. He was so attentive, calm and patient throughout the whole mortgage application. He was always quick to get back to me whenever I had a question or query and made the whole process feel straightforward and stress-free.<br><br>Overall, I’m genuinely delighted with the service I’ve received from Slater Hogg. During the offer stage the person who was handling our case was quite slow in responding, requests had to be chased up a lot, and left me out of emails (and only addressed them to my male partner) which was quite annoying, but once Caron took over it was really great, excellent and quick communication. We first spoke with Jimmy, who was really friendly and enthusiastic about the house.<br>I loved having the WhatsApp group chat to ask questions and get information. So much easier and faster than relaying information between lots of people one at a time!<br>We were always, and frequently, kept up to date with our house sale progression, which was very reassuring. Any queries we had were answered quickly.<br>Our house was under offer in 11 days, thanks to negotiations by the team.<br>We wouldn't hesitate to use RFRE again and would highly recommend their services ??????
