I sold my property at the 1st viewing within days of listing with them. Thank you Tony with your sound advice at the start of my sale. I loved my listing video you had made. :) I loved how easy it was to communicate throughout the sale through the group chat RJ had set up for me via w.app! A big shout out to both Samantha & Stephanie. You were both amazing throughout. Especially to Sam! you were very kind, patient and helped me on many occasions when I asked you for updates & info on how the sale process was going throughout the chain on my sale. I felt that nothing was too much and the team went above and beyond & beyond. I will defo be using them again when I go to sell in the future. I highly recommend Robinson Jackson at Blackfen. 10th Dec 2025 (6 days ago)I did a lot of research and checked on services offered aginst price and tbh MOV8 ticked most of the boxes and where they needed to they matched the competitors and through on some services FOC. After aceptance they were professional from the word go. Full and timely communication on each stage of the process to veiwing outcomes and feedback to offers and guidance on negotiation to final offer acceptance. Wow nothinh elso to add except that Finley, Laura, Rosa and all involved including third parties for photo shoot and video were exceptional in every manner of making this an easy proceas and straight forward journey. I would recommend MOV8 to anyone including my extended family members. 10/10 Well done!
20th Nov 2025 (26 days ago)We are still mid missives, moving towards exchange of contract day, but so far, it's all been good. I was selling on behalf of my brother with dementia, but they were very understanding and helpful. Advertising etc was good - it was not an easy property to sell, but they did it. All communications have been clear and good. I only did 4 stars for value for money as we are yet to see what the final costs will be. Nonetheless, as I live far away, it was important to have someone deal with everything, swiftly, simply and with clarity.

Selling real estate with her and her team was easy from start to finish. Excellent and fast communication with the client, timely assistance in any questions regarding the sale or purchase of real estate. I highly recommend!

Staff were always on hand to discuss, reassure and resolve any issues that came up, and were particularly helpfull answering all my silly questions. Communication has been constant, clear, and super helpful. Kellie and Lewis in particular have both been fantastic. My schedule is always hectic, so having people who actually know what they’re doing and keep things running smoothly makes a massive difference.

5th Dec 2025 (11 days ago)My wife and I found a property that interested us, but needed to sell ours in order to make the purchase. Knowing that we needed both a solicitor and an estate agent, a friend recommended Neilsons. We're very glad they did! What impressed us the most was how fluid and seamless they made a process that is widely known to be complex. They have a team of people who are focused on very specific parts of the process, and they make it clear to clients, through a handy online portal, what the current state of things is, and who the key contact is at that time. I highly recommend just going for the package they offer that handles everything: photography, home reports, etc. It removed an enormous amount of stress. We also received a considerable amount of communication and advice from the team, which was invaluable in helping us make key decisions. Eileen Henderson and Dave Marshall really stood out in this regard, though the entire team was fantastic. After only 21 days on the market, we had a suitable offer! While I don't think I want to sell and buy at the same time again, if I had to do it, I would absolutely choose Neilsons.

From the initial encounter from Monica and Chris to seeing everything through with Ellie and Lucy, the service has been exceptional from start to finish. Throughout the entire process, I felt fully supported, listened to, and treated with the utmost respect. Every single one of them understood the bittersweet feeling of selling my first home, and really how sentimental it is saying goodbye, I would have never been able to do it without you! Thankyou from the bottom of my heart!

12th Dec 2025 (4 days ago)I’ve recently been tasked with obtaining valuations on a property with a view to a possible sale. The clients requested I used several different companies, and Rosie Fraser was their first suggestion. In the end, they decided not to sell right now, but the exercise was most instructive. While all four people I saw were very professional, I was most impressed by Ashleigh from Rosie Fraser, who seemed to have the most positive approach, as well as the most detailed knowledge of nearby properties and their recent sale prices. Where the others had left the next steps rather general, Ashleigh offered far more information and an overall plan on how to progress if the sale were to go ahead, explaining how the rest of her team would also be involved in the loop so that if she weren’t immediately available to answer questions or give advice, someone else would. I was made aware that this same open process would extend to buyers as well, which seems to me a fine way of working. The choice wasn’t mine to make, but had it been, I would have definitely have chosen Rosie Fraser and Ashleigh, as I’m sure the care and attention I received would have been extended to any prospective buyer, too

Gave them a quick call and they laid out loads of solid investment options with proper returns, not the usual fluff you get from other places. They know their market inside out and make it really easy to compare deals. If you’re into building long-term income, these guys are definitely worth speaking to.

Special thanks to Lena who assisted with patience throughout and answered to all the queries quickly. The support after moving in has also been great. They answer to calls promptly and provide required assistance.
