After viewing a property on Friday evening my husband and I went to the Kendal branch the next morning to apply. We arrived at 8:50am as we were keen on the property and wanted to be the first in. We waited until 9:20, but no one showed to open up. After several attempts at calling other branches we got through to someone, who ensured us the branch should be open. They told us a form would be emailed to us, no such thing happened. After speaking to someone this morning, I was told they believe the house had gone. But they'd call me back within 10 minutes to confirm. After 40 minutes I got fed up of waiting and called them. The house had gone. Lancastrian Estates, you should be ashamed of your service. And you should probably take the property offline, to save anyone else disappointment.... Read more
