Poor Townsend have had great communication in the lead up to making the decision to put our house on the market. They kindly kept in contact until we decided we were ready to proceed and then once that decision had been made they were very fast to take the photos and market the house. While the house was on the market they communicated daily to provide details of viewings that had been confirmed and following on to viewings taking place Poole Townsend promptly provided the viewers feedback. We found. Them to be friendly and efficient. We are now at the point of sold STC.

On the whole very pleased with you selling our house. As it was a one way sale it was quite straight forward. The reason why I haven’t given 5 stars is because there was a mistake in the written details of the house. And a couple of times after ringing and leaving a message no one got back to me . Very nice staff friendly and helpful, apart from one member of staff who showed people round in about 2 minutes and didn’t seem to know much about it ,
