We loooooved working with Allen & Harris ?! We’re a young family with a 3 boys and we really needed to upgrade from our 2 bedroom rental to our first home which we envisioned to have 3 bedrooms. We have been hunting our new home for more than 7 months but no luck due the area we are wanting which was rated as 3rd expensive place to live in Scotland due to the Scotland's top ranking schools situated in that area. We give great importance to the child's education so we patiently waited for a long time without any second thought. We dealt with Shannon D from Newton Mearns office. She was extremely honest, upfront, helpful, and was able to find us an excellent property which suits within our budget and the requirements. Another huge perk about Allen and Harris is that they also have mortgage advisory services and knows the field extremely well. Mortgage Advisor Craig Izatt from Clarkson office able to support us during the stressful mortgage process, were an indispensable line of communication with the bank, and helped us get an unheard-of interest rate, especially considering we are first-time buyers. He was extremely communicative and easy to reach to answer any of our questions at all times. We consider ourselves extremely lucky and blessed to have had them as our Realtor! I would rate them higher than 10 if I could! We will eternally be grateful that they helped us find our beautiful home. We took life time membership with them for any future sale and purchase which will be cost effective and reliable.... Read more

We’d been searching for a new property for over a year, and lost out on tens of properties on closing days. Enthusiasm for the search was at an all time low when we got a call from Shannon of Allen and Harris Newton Mearns to inform us of a property that had returned to market after a deal falling through. We promptly viewed the property and Shannon gave us accurate guidance on the offer prices (this can be incredibly hard to get right in the area). We subsequently made an offer, and it was accepted. During the time to deal completion, Shannon remain most helpful, promptly answering all queries we had.
