Great letting agency, stayed with them for 3years and never had a problem. Agency was always quick to sort things out, sending repairmen etc out promptly. Very safety conscious too, ensuring regular testing for legionnaires in the water.... Read more

I’ve enquired about a few properties from this company asking both if they accept pets and if I could arrange a viewing. I was met with an unprofessional email stating that they didn’t accept pets (sent from my iphone) which I disregarded as I was looking elsewhere anyway and I do have a pet. I then emailed again to the same company without realising through rightmove and the email response - again - was just as unprofessional. This alone would make me wary of sending any personal details. I’m not the type to complain, but if you’d like people’s business; that’s just not the way to do it. It takes little to no effort to be polite AT LEAST lol ??????????? The only reason I give two stars and not 1 is that I haven’t rented from them and as much as their emails were unprofessional, they at least got back to me. A lot of companies apparently don’t do this :/... Read more

Absolutely useless! Haven't got a clue how to run a business. Messed me about, got me to fill out forms then done a credit check on me and it was all fine then they finally called me saying after doing all the checks, made up a story about the landlord doesn't want to rent it anymore! Bunch of ???? end kkk supporters!! Use them if you've got time to waste!!... Read more

My advice would be to not use Letts Agree, we were ignored for months when there were serious flaws with the flat. They refused to supply a second set of expensive keys for 2 tenants. The only time we received prompt contact was when they claimed we had taken things from the property after vacating it.... Read more
