Nightmare. Contacted them to view a property we thought about buying. Asked to see the home report and arrange a viewing. Got put through the Spanish inquisition before we could arrange a viewing. Within 30 seonds of the call finishing, the phone rang again. This time it was their head office asking the same questions I had just answered! When it came to arranging a viewing we couldn't agree a time that suited. They said they would need to contact their viewing agent and would get back to us the next day. That was four days ago and still no reply. I realise we may miss out on property but will not be considering any property from A&H again.... Read more

Double booked us for house A. (- 1) Concealed the truth and failed to deal with it (-1) Phoned 30 mins prior to viewing of house A to arrange a viewing of house B. Gave my details and the woman said: AH "Oh, yes, you've got a viewing... Tomorrow, don't you?" Me "No, today, in 25 minutes in fact" AH "Right, okay... That's fine" When we arrived at House A, another couple had just walked in, both without masks on, I may add. The agent conducting the viewings tried to reconcile. For the error and invited us in - - - so long as we stayed on different floors, swapping halfway through. Not clever.... Read more

I have now twice requested details of a property that Allen and Harris are selling. It is for my parents who do not have internet, therefore they wanted a hard copy. They still have not received any details. I know that this property has already sold once and come back on the market. You'd think they would be keen to get details out to interested parties.
