Post sale customer service is terrible. En suite shower is blocked and unusable for the second time in six months. Customer service team are saying there's nothing they can do despite me being advised that the ironically titled "self cleaning valves " are not effective. Also back garden has not been completed as promised. Landscapers finally attended yesterday (after being in property since winter 2017) and finally rotavated it however did not lay top soil as agreed hence garden is full of rocks and left in a totally unsuitable condition for grass seed to grow. Customer service team have been ignoring my emails, which is very frustrating to say the least... Read more

Sales staff are very helpful hower once you get your keys and move in the customer service is non existent. Report the issues and you get a man in a suit to come and fob you off. Report back to the customer service team and get ignored. Had to contact the NHBC over an issue with the garden flooding and got another man in a suit turn up with excuses and fobbing us off. Very willing to sell you the perfect family home however not keen to help with the family garden that is unusable due to constantly being waterlogged. Really regret using Miller now and wish i had read other online reviews first.... Read more
