The video clip they produced looked amazing, and they also created a WhatsApp group, where queries could be easily discussed. Team members were quick to respond, and we're clearly knowledgeable and experienced.

Claire was the Property Consultant we dealt with throughout the process and communication was great - we never had to chase her for anything. She was quick to respond to questions and requests and always kept us updated with progress along the way. Upon completion when we went to pick up the keys, we received a ‘new home’ gift which was totally unexpected and such a lovely gesture. We would definitely recommend to others and would consider using if we were to sell in the future. Thank you!

Andrea is an exceptionally professional person with unique customer management skills. Given the unusually turbulent nature of the day leading me to meet her I must say that her manner of listening and receiving me and her guidance made a crucial part in assisting me to make the right decision. She was absolutely amazing , friendly and very approachable . She gave me an honest recommendations and suggestions regarding with different trades persons and put my mind at ease which was a HUGE thing for me. I always got the quick and positive response from her whatever my queries were.Without any doubt,she is superb and efficient when it comes to customer dealing and services.She is the girl to reach out. Thanks a lot for making our journey of buying a house so memorable!!????
18th Mar 2024 (10 mo. ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

2nd Feb 2025 (10 days ago)Michael Pool were brilliant, the advert went up within a week of choosing them, they handled all the viewings for me and kept me updated with text messages and phone calls and were also able to recommend solicitors once the sale has been agreed. Every time we manage to speak to someone on the phone, we’re promised a call back that never happens. No one responds via email, and the whole process has been painfully slow from start to finish.
