We bought one of the new houses at Weavers Fields - Bloxham. The sales team were lovely, and we were looking forward to moving in after a difficult sales process.
However the aftercare has been nothing short of shocking. We are over a month in and still have countless issues, some pretty major. We were visited by Richard Culpan, the Customer Care Director and promised all issues would be sorted by him personally. A week has now passed and all bar one issue has been sorted, and our follow up emails are ignored.
