Be very careful when dealing with Montagu Evans for Business Rates work. They initially promise attractive terms (low % of savings realised) but find ways to "expand" definitions later on to claim a much larger fee. I can't comment on their other practice areas, but for Business Rates work, I definitely would not use them again.... Read more
