Della and her team have helped my family and I rent our fathers house when he had to move to a care home. Then when he sadly passed away they have helped us sell his house. They have done this in a professional sympathetic and totally trustworthy way. They have guided us through this emotional time with sensitivity and understanding. They are always available and responsive to any query I have had. They have become like friends who I counted on for professional and sympathetic advice and support. I can highly recommend them as letting agents and estate agents that offer a sincere and professional service. Thank you Della, Karen and Tilley.

As a first time landlord I found Della, Karen and the team excellent- they guided me through what was required, gave first class advice and responded to all my questions promptly. My tenants are of good quality as well as a result of the vetting they carried out. I am buying a second buy to let property and have no hesitation in using them again and would recommend them to anyone looking to buy to let in the waterside area.

New Forest Sales & Lettings are the best estate agent we have ever dealt with. Our portfolio of rental properties are exclusively managed by them. They have always found us high quality tenants and deal very effectively with all the legal aspects of the tenancies and managing the properties. There is minimum stress for us and rental payments are made promptly which greatly helps our cash flow.
New Forest Sales and Lettings have also supported the sale of two of our properties which were completed with minimum fuss.
Their rates for rent and sale are very competitive and they offer very good value for money.
The business is run very competently by an experienced team .

We moved from outside London and were desperate to find a 6 month rental in or around Dorset area. New Forest Sales were life savers had a suitable property in a lovely area and for the six months we needed. We have nothing but praise for them all - they were so efficient and responsive to our needs and made the transition so much better. Thank you girls.

My property was on the market for a week, had 3 viewings within 4 days and an offer within 7. If you're looking for a professional and efficient sales and letting agent, then you'll not need to search any further than here.
Della, Karen and the whole team are every bit as prefessional than any of the larger estate agents in the area, if not better.
