Paul Vincent was very quick to respond to calls and emails, and provided me with all the information I asked for. Josh was also great for showing me around the property whenever I requested it and for giving me information during the viewing, while allowing me the freedom to browse as long as I needed.

Jonathan Davis was realistic, professional, and knowledgeable during the initial meeting. The sales team (shout out to Lauren, Daniel, and Samantha) were always responsive, engaged, and provided prompt, helpful feedback after viewings. They were genuinely a pleasure to deal with. A special mention to Russell for his care and attention throughout, and to Narinder, who oversaw the final stages of the process. Narinder was fantastic - keeping everything moving forward and providing reassurance during a time when things go quiet or slow down. Overall, a highly professional and supportive team. I would strongly recommend Morris Dibben Southampton. You’ll be in great hands every step of the way. Thank you all for your help in selling my property.

From the very first viewing right up to the moment we collected our keys, he has been nothing short of exceptional. He was incredibly quick to respond to every email, always keeping us updated and informed about what was happening at each stage. That level of communication made the whole experience smooth, stress?free, and genuinely enjoyable. Harvey went above and beyond for us, and we couldn’t be happier with the service we received. He is a solid 10/10 across the board.
23rd Jan 2026 (14 weeks ago)Had 8 different estate agents value my property (having already done my own research). ONLY Fox and Sons valued it the same. All the others just showed my details of other properties, none of which compared to mine, and put a ridiculously low value on mine. I showed them the door. Fox & Sons did not do this. They organised professional photographs etc., and advertised my property. Within a week I had an acceptable offer at my and Fox & Sons valuation, and far above that at which all the other Estate Agents had valued my home. The service from Fox & Sons has been nothing short of excellent, keeping me fully informed by text, email and phone, every step of the way. all I can do now is keep my fingers crossed that everything goes smoothly for the buyer.

From our very first meeting and throughout the entire application process, he was incredibly helpful, professional, and clearly very knowledgeable. With over 30 years of experience, it really shows in the way he explains everything and handles each step with confidence. From the first appointment, David was warm, friendly, and easy to talk to, which made the whole process much less stressful. He kept us fully informed at every stage of the application, making sure we understood what was happening and what to expect next. Thanks to his guidance and support, our mortgage application was successful, and we were able to purchase our property without unnecessary complications. We’ve had some negative experiences with other agents previously but Phil has restored our faith! His communication, knowledge and personable touches made what can be a daunting experience so much more exciting! He has accommodated and rooted for us - even to the point of consciously making an effort to make this experience just as exciting for our 4 year old! I’m relieved to know that we have Phil as a point of contact for our new home going forward!

18th Mar 2024 (2 years ago)DO NOT SELL YOUR BUSINESS THROUGH THIS COMPANY! READ THE SMALL PRINT This company are extremely aggressive and unprofessional. We advertised a business with them, paid an huge fee to advertise. Later after terminating, we agreed investment (not even a sale) from an investor we met directly, who was never introduced by Hilton Smythe. After accepting investment after terminating with Hilton Smythe they demanded their commission!! Totally unreasonable given it was after termination and the person who invested in our business was never known to or introduced by Hilton Smythe! They are now behaving aggressively and threatening legal action. We in turn have reported them to the ombudsman and trading standards. They are snake oil salesmen. DO NOT DEAL!

We found their local property knowledge and professionalism, under Andrew’s stewardship, to be second to none, with honest and timely advice throughout. We have recommended Charters to others, who have also been very happy with the service.

Most people would seek valuations from multiple estate agents but I decided this was not needed, Charters provided everything I needed. House moving is a stressful process and a professional and friendly estate agent makes the process easier.

Through no fault of hers, our buying process was not easy and took longer than expected, but Paisley helped keep us calm and informed every step of the way. Without her input, we would have likely looked elsewhere once the initial hiccups in the transaction appeared!
