We are so pleased that we chose Enfields to sell our property, they have been absolutely amazing, from start to finish, and this all took 6 months!! The details and photos were quicky processed and our house was on line within 48 hours. The viewings came in and our house sold within 48 hours at asking price.

Throughout the whole tenancy Enfields have been reluctant to help with any maintainence that has needed doing and have waited 9 months for their approved contractor to get the parts for some of the fittings he needed to fix.
When wanting to end the tenancy I called back at the beginining of January and they told me they will discuss with landlord, 4 days now before the tenancy runs out they advise that they didn't believe me when I said I didn't want to renew and so didn't actually accept that as our notice, they didn't advise me at the time that it had to be in writing and so are now charging us an extra months rent all for a mouldy flat which we have had to live with for a year! Do not recommend renting a property in Balmoral court, Regent's Park road
Horrible service two properties we liked and tried to put holding fees on have been told we are not allowed and then someone else takes the property! Been discriminated against because my fiancée is pregnant and they are wary of using guarantors! Poor poor service! Won't be using them again.
One of the best estate agents around. I used Pearsons for my recent Ocean Village flat sale, I was impressed by the professionalism shown throughout the process, from the initial marketing, through to the viewings, which resulted in two offers, ultimately leading to the sale of my property. Pearsons also facilitated the process with the solicitors, keeping things moving right through to completion. I'd be very happy to use Pearsons again.
staff are friendly enough when you are initiating lease, but will suck every last penny then can out of you when you are leaving them
This was the firsat time we have sold a property and the help and knowledge that was provided by Nathan and his team was second to none. After all of the horror stories we had heard about cut throat real estate agents we were worried about how we would be treated but the whole team were proffesional throughout. Probably the last Estate Agent I would use in Hedge End. Often posts junk though my letterbox saying they have a genuine buyer looking for a property in my street, a technique that is trying to drive the market and encourage otherwise contented people to sell. It is very annoying and Richmonds are the only local agent who stoop low enough do this. They have also let a neighbouring property to people who they clearly didn't vet well enough...
I would like to thank Louise for everything she has done over the last few weeks. Her communication is outstanding, she always kept us informed, if she was unable to take a call she would always ensure she called me back and was always very quick to respond to emails. We have had a few hiccups towards the end of the sale and purchase but Louise has always done everything within her power and even gone above and beyond to ensure she did everything she possibly could to resolve or help with the situations that arose. Louise - I appreciate that at times you even stayed passed your working hours. You have truly gone above and beyond. Incredible friendly honest service. Thank you :)
The service from the agents was less than satisfactory however I made the huge mistake of signing up with their recommended solicitors CGM as a combined package. They have been appalling and it turned out it would have been cheaper to sign up with them myself (which I definitely would not recommend).
I'm still fighting to get my money following the solicitor overpaying my mortgage balance & charging for the following year's service charge. Carter Edwards also didn’t send me the details for cancellation until after the cancellation period had ended.
