I totally agree with the other person who also posted about Mike giving 5 stars. After having used two incompetent estate agencies in Pocklington, this time seems to be third time lucky. In very efficient friendly timely manner Mike has been so great arranging absolutely everything for me/my tenant without any complaint like previous estate agent office manager did. Leave everything to Mike, he would sort everything for you and your tenant. Since Mike took over from the previous agent, I have been in totally different world!!! So glad I changed to Clubleys. He already found me new tenant (a couple) who is moving into my letting property in a couple of weeks.

I have never had to deal with a worse surveyor in my life. Although sharing the same name as me, he shared non of my friendly characteristics. He was rude to me and my wife when meeting us. He then tried to bill us twice for the survey. After not apologising for this Chris then sent us the worst report i have ever received with basic spelling and grammar mistakes.
