We are due to complete on the above property shortly having exchanged yesterday. We must thank Jessica who has been truly magnificent, this sale would not have gone ahead some weeks ago if it had not been for her determination and help. Her knowledge, and persistence with solicitors and the buyer was superb and certainly unrivalled in my 35 years as a mortgage broker and estate agent.

Not a great experience. The Truss budget wrecked the market but the service from Hunters was still poor. Changes to agents looking after the house not communicated. Staff pleasant but communication was sporadic and had to chase constantly. Photos not great - we supplemented with some more of ours. It took almost a year to sell after dropping the price by 35k.

It is hard to form an accurate opinion on Hunters selling performance as my property sold within days so they were not given the opportunity to show their capability.

My agent, Aaron, was extremely helpful, approachable and informative. I only have one issue - feedback from viewings was often slow in being reported. I would have preferred feedback to be given directly after viewings
