We bought a house that was advertised with Peter Allen Estate Agents 5 years ago. I could not be more pleased with Peter and his office :) it was the first house that we bought. He was extremely professional and his office was always helpful. A traditional Estate Agent with no pressure selling technique and when a buyer tried to gazump us he came back to us to advise us he had a duty to tell the seller which was frustrating for us but very ethical on his part, fortunately for us the seller stuck with us :) Thank you Peter! Peter Allen is selling our house. A very traditional estate agent with vast experience and no hard sell. He has sold our property in weeks and it is very rewarding to not be chased by a teenager who drives a mini. In reaction to the other review. It is in fact our house the reviewer came to see. Peter informed us of the situation, and the lateness of the potential seller. As a family we dont want to be around when people view our family home, so we ship the family and kids out and kill time waiting for a potential buyer to turn up courtiesly. We stand by Peters representation and are proud our house is being sold by someone with good old fashioned values.... Read more
