I could not be happier with Sarah and her team after selling our family home in Gerrards Cross in next to no time and for my than I had imagined. On the initial visit and appraisal Sarah came up with some great tips and practical things we could do to maximize the appeal of our house to potential buyers. Less than a fortnight later our home was on the market complete with a beautiful brochure and in just over a week we'd had several viewings and our house had sold for the asking price. By getting the full asking price and with the fees being lower than I had expected was a real bonus.
