Simon was brilliant - so helpful and friendly - my house bought through him- took less than six weeks from start to finish - amazing!!!
So refreshing to be offered an "old fashioned" service - a rare commodity these days and his experience shone through his dealings with me - so much better than dealing with spotty ten year olds [well most of them look like ten years old] who have no clue or experience in selling houses.
Would recommend him 100%.

Great experience working with Simon on the concurrent sale of the family home and purchase of a new home for my mother. Communication was perfect throughout and Simon also went above and beyond in connecting me with various 3rd party companies needed for estimates on work required on the purchase.
Simons market knowledge of the local vicinity was second to none. We had a great relationship as well as complete trust throughout the process. I would not consider using anyone else in the future.

What an absolute pleasure to deal with...
We recently purchased our new home through Colman and Co. I can not recommend Simon and his team enough. When we first looked round the house Simon was knowledgable about the house and showed us the key points and let us look round without any of the pushy nonsense you get from some estate agents. Once we got to the stage where we had our offer accepted Simon was the other end of the phone on an almost daily basis keeping us updated and also going way above and beyond to be in constant contact with what seemed like the whole chain. How he managed to keep everything moving despite our buyers solicitors being a complete waste of time (Premier Property). Thankyou so much Simon I can't sing yours and your wifes praises enough.
