Rubbish. His will steal your money. Never pays rent . We got rid of him bit it cost 2000 pounds plus because his taken the rent money and deposit . Avoid at all cost

I've known Amar for a number of years now through allowing rental of a property, we've had highs we've had lows, but Amar at Prime Properties will always stand with you firmly, he's honest, committed and passionate in what he does. I'd highly recommend.

Terrible, Amar is a lying con man. Lies about everything, stole my deposit and wasn't paying landlord rent. I don't know how his still allowed to be open. Also never answers phone won't fix anything

Conman and endless lies and fake promises. Kept 3 months rent owed to me and left my property in a state that needed full back to brick restoration. Stay away unless you want to be left with a derelict property and months of rental owed!

Most reasonable priced property management company in the West Mids... Always helpful and owner is a top guy. Excellent service and takes the stress away from you. Been a customer for 5 years and highly recommend.

They hold my deposit but actually is rent in advance. My tenant owe me 3 months rent and they refuse to pay me back the rent in advance. They didn't do the proper reference check for the tenant, so tenant can't even afford to pay rent, it just sooner or later that tenant will not pay rent. Beware of this agent!!!!!!!
