I sent a request for viewing a property on Zoopla around 15/01. After 2 days waiting for a reply I decided to call them. I've spoken to an agent and booked a viewing for the property on 23/01. On 22/01 I try to call them 3 times to confirm the viewing, but nobody answered the phone. On 23/01 I called again and I was told there was no property on that address available to be visited. During this week the rent price went from £950 to £999, then £1100 and now the listing is expired. I found it very disrespectful.... Read more

- I was given wrong details about their advertised property, which I only realised after wasting my time going to the viewing. - Their agent arrived more than 7 minutes later and never made an apology. - When I complained about the wrong details given over the phone, the agent said it is not his fault, it is the office's fault and that I should speak with them, instead of apologising, as if he is not from that same office!! - Terrible experience altogether!... After I have dealt with this company I would not recommend anyone to use them they are very not professional and just seeking money and not doing the job that I want and when they receive the money they wouldn’t be there or take or respond to any call they have caused me to go to court because of their inexperience and bad communication and terrible service and I hope no one falls in the trap Definately bad and have no hope in returning to them in the future... Horrible agency! They lie like it’s nothing, make false promises, never attend appointment, and only think about there own pockets/interest when it comes to a dispute between a landlord and tenant. Their receptionist is a joke, young girl however she is confused and doesn’t have a clue/gives wrong advice. They rented me a house for 575 and expected the next tenant to pay 600 while all my neighbors live in their properties for 450 or less. Complete ripoff! Shame! Lack of professionalism. I would never advise someone to rent through them.... Read more
