- I was given wrong details about their advertised property, which I only realised after wasting my time going to the viewing.
- Their agent arrived more than 7 minutes later and never made an apology.
- When I complained about the wrong details given over the phone, the agent said it is not his fault, it is the office's fault and that I should speak with them, instead of apologising, as if he is not from that same office!!
- Terrible experience altogether!

Terrible i was booked to veiw a property and they cancelled as no one was able to attend .i was told they would reshedule for the next day .when i didnt hear from them the next morning i called to see what time i would be veiwing only to be told that they had let the property to soneone else .i was heartbroken i really wanted that property i had booked the day off work to go

After I have dealt with this company I would not recommend anyone to use them they are very not professional and just seeking money and not doing the job that I want and when they receive the money they wouldn’t be there or take or respond to any call
they have caused me to go to court because of their inexperience and bad communication and terrible service and I hope no one falls in the trap
Definately bad and have no hope in returning to them in the future
