I sent a request for viewing a property on Zoopla around 15/01. After 2 days waiting for a reply I decided to call them. I've spoken to an agent and booked a viewing for the property on 23/01. On 22/01 I try to call them 3 times to confirm the viewing, but nobody answered the phone. On 23/01 I called again and I was told there was no property on that address available to be visited. During this week the rent price went from £950 to £999, then £1100 and now the listing is expired. I found it very disrespectful.... Read more

- I was given wrong details about their advertised property, which I only realised after wasting my time going to the viewing. - Their agent arrived more than 7 minutes later and never made an apology. - When I complained about the wrong details given over the phone, the agent said it is not his fault, it is the office's fault and that I should speak with them, instead of apologising, as if he is not from that same office!! - Terrible experience altogether!...
